Swept made booking online super easy, I didn't even have to call or request a quote, you can do it right off their website. On top of that, Swept called the day before to confirm the appointment (very nice) and check if there was anything else I needed to notify the cleaners of before they got there. As a matter of fact, I completely forgot to tell them that the gate isn't near the leasing office, so it's a good thing they reached out to me! The day of, they called and offered to have the team come earlier, if I wanted. I had a meeting at noon so this actually worked out fantastically. I wasn't home at the time, and they very patiently waited for me to get there. Michelle is a wonderful person, and could tell I am the talkative type so we had a great conversation while she was working. The cleaning itself was fantastic and the whole place was absolutely spotless. I would highly recommend them.

This is not your standard cleaning service; you could tell they really took pride in their work and I appreciate that. They didn't just treat us like a number. They won my continued business. Give them a whirl... great people, great work, you won't regret it. The golden rule of contract-type work is, do what you say you're going to do, when you say you're going to, and you will never lack business. It seems like they understand that. 5 stars.. and I am recommending to my friends, as well as you Yelpers! -Happy customer

I can barely keep up with the dishes much less think about the cobwebs in the upper corners of my living room or dust on the fan blades. Seriously.... we're pigs. That's how it WAS.... but then I found Gr8 Maids!!! Seriously... they were awesome. Within minutes my house was already smelling better. Within 2 hours it was shiny and brand new again. It was AMAZING. They showed up on time and got right to work. The hardest part about this whole thing was ME giving in and realizing that I sucked at cleaning and needed help. That part took far to long. As soon as I made the call to Gr8 Maids the process was easy and worth every cent. I won't lie.... I hid in my office the whole time they were there because it was embarrassing.... but coming out of my office was like walking into a whole new house. I may actually start inviting people over again... THANK YOU!!!!!!!

The wifey met the three maids, a dude and two dudettes, and didn't get the friendly hello, but they did start on the job at hand. It's always difficult to have strangers in the house, so a friendly hello and perhaps introduction to who they were would of gone a long way. Especially since this was a first time out, it would of been nice if they would of taken a tour of the house and ask what area's needed specific attention, etc. You know, kinda of a "Hey thanks for giving us an opportunity, how can we impress you with our service" thing. Get to know ya before you get mounted...so to speak. The result of the cleaning was ok. And what I mean by that is it wasn't better than what we had been experiencing with our regular crew. The house had been cleaned every two weeks, so it was far from a huge mess, especially since Suzi always needs to clean up a little before the maids arrive. Something which I will never understand. We don't have any animals which includes kids, so it should of been a fairly straight forward job. Our house is approx 1800 Sq Ft for reference purposes. What was curious was the price. On our current arrangement we pay $80 every other week for two folks to come out, no contract, no fuss. With Austin All Maids, it's done by the hour and with three folks the cleaning came to $125. So for $45 more, we got pretty much the same result. We weren't provided an estimate, which would of been nice, but had the result been significantly different, it may have justified the cost. We don't feel like we were taken for a ride or anything, but the cost didn't justify the means. Perhaps if they would of first sent out an individual to do a review of the house and then quote us a price, we could of saved them the time and us $45, since I doubt we would of hired them knowing that going in.
