I was excited to receive the welcome gift certificates. I looked forward to trying a free large 2 topping pizza at Tolland Family Restaurant. I called to place the order and was told "we don't accept those any more." The expiration date is not for another week- not exactly the welcome I had expected. Grateful I mentioned it before ordering or it would have had some extremely slimy vibes. Not a great way to do business- we will go elsewhere. read more

Kelly is a bitch. I tried calling and the receptionist is very unpleasant to talk to. IDK if she's just having a bad day, but I tried to call twice and she was mean through and through. I hope the company do something about it. Customers don't deserve that treatment. read more

Was pleasantly surprised to receive the welcome packet in the mail and assorted gift certificates, including one to the local Ace Hardware. However, in following the instructions and QR code to sign up for the Our Town America app, I was most displeased to see that I also was shadow-registered for a gambling website - not cool. If Our Town America is not aware of this connection within their app, they should look into it immediately. If they are aware of this affiliation, thank you for the certificates but the fraud cost Is too great to be involved with this company. Either way, app is now deleted and account closed. read more

I've tried new places in my area thanks to the welcome package. It's a nice way to shop local and support our neighbors!

I came home today to a wonderful welcome surprise from Our Town America. I moved a couple of months ago and I'm desperately needing some new places to try out. I couldn't believe all of the great freebies from local businesses. I feel that the best place for my new goodies is in my car so I can try a new place on my way home from work each day. I can't wait !! Thank you thank you. read more

I was excited to get a welcome packet in the mail and hopeful to find new businesses in our area that we can check out - particularly restaurants or things to do in the area. Unfortunately the packet was filled with advertisements and offers from the same old companies that we receive on a regular basis (Hello Fresh, Wine offers, ADT security, etc...). We did get one certificate for Dunkin, which we will enjoy (hence the 2 stars instead of 1), but absolutely nothing new and exciting in our area to actually try out for the first time. read more

To me, coupons and deals are where it's at. I save a lot of money a year looking out for them. When they arrive in my mailbox free of effort is even better. I really appreciate the savings. read more

Hello, I'm writing a review due to the offer of a entry for 25$ gift card. I liked receiving a welcome kit from New Mover. I didn't use any coupons/offers in the kit unfortunately. Really the most I would use would be for groceries and I didn't see any. Some offers need purchases to get additional items or discount. Seems like a good company though, is what it is. read more

This is by far the best piece of unsolicited male I've ever received. I usually don't open these things but I'm so glad I did! I received a treasure trove of gift certificates. not coupons, actual gift certificates for $5 at the UPS store, $10 at my local grocery store and more. Being in a new town and new state, this really helped me get to know my neighborhood better and select great services. It also made me feel very welcomed to the neighborhood. I really enjoyed receiving the welcome packet in the mail. It was very unexpected, but quite informative! Coupons and offers covered a wide variety of products. Several were for local small businesses, which is great for both those businesses and newcomers to the community like us! read more

Great way to get welcomed to the neighborhood and learn about great new businesses. We're grateful!

Wasn't much in here that we would use. We may try the Romeo's pizza just need to check out the Reviews first to see if it's worth it.

Loved the coupons enclosed in the welcome packet. Just moved to Ames and I am excited that they offered a coupon for a local restaurant we can try for date night. The coupon for DoorDash will come in handy during football season when we dont want to deal with the crowds at the bars! read more

I'm kinda disappointed in this business this time around. When I first moved to Colorado in 2017, to Fort Collins, I got an envelope FULL of coupons to use at several businesses throughout town. A free loaf at bread, a free bottle of wine, lots of different coupons like that. But this time, I move to Loveland and I got two, count 'em...one...two...coupons. One is for $10 off a $30 or more purchase. Probably not gonna use it because it's for something I don't partake in. So only one coupon to use. I guess it's better than nothing? Not to be ungrateful, but why such a vast difference? From like 15 coupons to two? read more

My husband and I had never heard of Our Town America. We thought it would be something in the mail we received that we wouldn't want.
