I have called this company repeatedly and sent multiple text messages, yet nobody seems interested in answering, responding, or even acknowledging my attempts to contact them. For a company that advertises itself as a professional digital marketing and SEO agency, this level of customer service is completely unacceptable. Communication is one of the most important parts of any business relationship, especially when customers are considering spending significant amounts of money on SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, and digital marketing services. I have made several attempts to reach this company, and the lack of response has been incredibly frustrating. I should not have to chase a marketing agency just to get a simple response.
