The staff doesn't want to be helpful and they don't care about patients. They are not professionals. Why they went into the Medical profession I really don't know. Worst place ever... rude customer service and are not even able to make an appointment for you.

Our Family Doctors - East Bay. PA Emily is the most unprofessional medical member I've ever encountered. My appt was 1515, and she finally sees me at 1545. She walks in and says, "How's your day going?" I respond, "It was good until I got here. I've been waiting for 30-minutes." PA Emily responds in a very rude and abrasive tone, "It's a Dr.'s office, what do you expect. Emergencies come up. If you had an emergency, would you want my undivided attention?" I respond politely, "I'm a patient and my time is as valuable as yours. And, I would not come here for an emergency, I would go to a hospital." For the next 3-minutes, she begins to lecture me in a derogatory manner and tone about medical emergencies. I do not respond to anything. She then walks out and slams the door (I.Kid.You.Not). A minute later, Misty walks in with another female and draws my blood. I'm in the military and have had a thyroid problem since I was 21; therefore, I've had my blood drawn a lot. I can state this with absolute certainty, when Misty drew my blood, I didn't feel anything and when she pulled the needle out, I didn't feel anything. It was the best blood drawing experience I have ever had. I tell Misty, "I I just went from the worst medical experience with PA Emily to the best medical experience I've ever had." She thanks me and says, "I made her day." DO NOT SEE PA EMILY IF YOU WANT A PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE. SHE IS NOT. read more

That was a horrible experience and I am so sorry that I brought my husband here. The staff was catty and incompetent. I could hear them talking about us at the front desk and they were incredibly dismissive when we discussed our concerns. Worst of all the "office manager/team lead" started quoting incorrect Florida regulations and laws. I am a healthcare provider so while that crap might work on someone else, I know better. We are an incredibly busy professional couple and taking time off to come to this appointment was a complete waste of time. I gave them 2 stars cause I don't think any business deserves 1 star unless you kill someone. And we didn't give them the opportunity to do that. read more

I think the doctors appear to care about their patients but I have personally witnessed unprofessional behavior by the front desk staff. I can honestly say that they are horrible human beings, they are angry, ignorant, rude and combative towards patients and the patients children that accompany their senior parents to the office for their appointments. The customer service at our family doctors has gone way down. I have been going to this practice for quite a while, and I have found that patients are nothing more than a number. I was diagnosed with Covid last week and was told to follow up by largo ER in Largo Medical Center, I contacted Our Family Doctors Dr Matthew Duke's office and was told that there was nothing to be done and that I would have to quarantine until my Covid went away and only then that is the only way I could follow up. Who needs a physician after you've recovered? If you need treatment do not go to our family practice. Do you have to deal with rude medical assistance and dishonest doctors. read more

I had concerns regarding this office's policy to require appointments to be made every three months, and quoting: "if you do not see us every three months, we will not refill your prescriptions". Subsequently, I contacted both my health care insurance company and Medicare who each advised that this policy is not enforced by either. Let it also be known that i am a diabetic with an A1C of 5.7 (very low and in control) and get tested frequently at quest. There are no other outstanding issues which require such an aggressive policy. As a result, i terminated their service immediately. No, I would NOT recommend this office to anyone unless they are in need of such a comprehensive policy. read more

I ADORE Dr. King - have been going to her for years; she always listens and has time for me. I recently had to return for blood work and did not need to see Dr. King. This review is about the HORRIBLE unprofessional "office manager". The manager belittled the staff with patients in the waiting room. The "office manager" was rude to not only the staff, but the fact that patience could hear her putting down the practice was uncalled for. I went to the room to have my blood work done. The office manager come barging into the room (didn't knock) and proceeded to tell the woman drawing my blood she had worked too many hours. EXCUSE ME - I was a patient, in a room, with the door closed. I have never encountered she an experience. I feel sorry for the staff having to deal with this "office manager" who gives the practice a "bad name." Again - Dr. King is remarkable. The Office Manager needs to go - toxic! read more

Called to make an appointment as new patient. Refused me because of my husband's military status even thought they accepted my insurance. The lady was rude and had no clue what she was talking about. When I started asking questions she became short and rude in her tone. Yuk. read more

Absolutely the most incompetent staff I've ever experienced. Furthermore, since Dr. Finklestein retired the level of care by the new doctors is horrific. Dr. Duke told me that I was only allowed to see her for 7 minutes because I signed in at 3:03, and my appointment was at 3:00, so I don't get their allotted allotted 10 min. My blood pressure was 164/100 and the Dr. never mentioned it. When I mentioned it to the nurse, if I should be concerned, she asked the Doctor and she said go get your prescription filled. I asked if they could give me a sample while I was there and I was told no and then miraculously they found a sample, when I told them I wasn't comfortable leaving with my BP that high. I told Doctor Duke I was in the midst of being diagnosed with MS and she said, "It's just stress. Funny! Dr. Duke is pregnant and I wonder how she would feel if she was late for her induction and they told her since you were late you only get to birth for 1hr, and if the baby doesn't arrive you will have to have a c-section. DO NOT GO TO this office unless you want to be verbally abused and want to receive way below average care. read more

Do not go to this group of doctors if you are the kind of person that asks questions about your healthcare. I was assigned there as my primary care provider. When I asked questions dr duke treated me like I was a child that had no business asking questions. When I confronted him on that, he stormed out and slammed the door. Two weeks later I get a letter from them dismissing me as a patient. Of course they didn't do any of the paperwork with my insurance company for that to happen properly so now I am without a primary care manager. Unprofessional staff. State they will "call in your prescription" and days latter still no script. You try to call and get the prescription called back into your publix or CVS and you get a run around. Horrible place. Don't go here. read more

I have been going .. had been going here for about 15 years. When Dr Roberts whom I loved retired the office started going downhill. Out of convenience I started seeing Dr Malone. Last week when I called to confirm my appointment and script refill ... the office acted like they had no record of me pretty much... no record of filling a prescription I had for 15 years and asked me questions that were...key word were.... all in my records. I got upset and the new office manager got on the phone took all my info etc... I realize I was a little upset on the phone... health care is important and when you feel you are reinventing the wheel after this long... it sure can be upsetting. I went to my appt Friday... just had to get a shot saw the office manager was polite and even apologized for being a little rude on the phone... nothing bad happened at the office... thought it was a new start with new employees. Not!!! I received my " I will not serve you letter"today!! First I have not seen Dr Malone in a year..only techs....was never rude to him... and always paid!! Why? No reason! Health care is so important and people matter... that is why I would not ever go here!!!! ( sorry so long winded... just in awe of how people can be so fake) read more
