DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! I am a contractor and was renovating a residential home. I obtained services from Oui Oui to place a port-o-John on the property. Due to having a narrow driveway I asked the company to place the unit towards the rear of the property so it could be serviced from the alley. Under no conditions were the drivers to drive down the driveway. This was due to insurance policy provisions. For the first few months the driver who who would regularly service and clean the unit complied with my request and was pleasant. I even tipped him on two occasions. For some reason, a different driver began to service the unit and would back down the driveway because he was lazy. He would regularly hose the unit out onto the driveway and spill that blue water on the concrete which would cause permanent blue stains on the driveway. One day (two days after paying to have new sod installed, I came to the site to find the driver once again in the driveway and parked on top of the new sod. When I asked the driver to move, he pointed at the side of the truck and said "call the number and complain." He then rolled up his window and continued his personal phone call. After I took a picture of him parked on the lawn, he gave me the middle finger, drove further into the lawn and floored the gas of the truck causing the rear tires of the vehicle to spin and further damage the new lawn. Because of the driver's shenanigans, he also spilled a large amount of blue dye all over the driveway. I called and spoke to the manager who said to provide a written estimate and I will be reimbursed. I'm still waiting to be reimbursed since September. The cost of power washing the whole driveway and installing 500 square feet of new sod was $500. I'll be using a different company even if they cost more on future projects. Rude and incompetent personnel. I'll also be contacting the BBB. Horrible experience! read more

Hired Oui Oui to provide a porta potty for our 5k race in June. It was supposed to be delivered between 6:30-7am. We had to call the office over a dozen times that morning before someone answered and told us that the driver was running late but on the way, no explanation or apology for the delay. Their delivery driver shows up at 8:10am well after our race had started. After the race, I called the office three separate times to speak with a manager about this issue and each time was told the manager would call me back. One month later, after my patience had run out, I emailed them expressing my desire to speak with a manager. When I finally spoke with a manager on the phone she was not apologetic in anyway, she offered no explanation as to why her driver was late and claimed that they had been too busy to return my earlier phone calls. Instead of issuing a full refund for the porta potty, which was not used but our runners, they could only offer us a $50 refund. Absolutely horrible customer service. Never working with them again. I would strongly recommend paying more for a competitor that can provide better service. read more

I had the worst experience with Oui Oui Enterprises. We had agreed to have my porta pottys delivered at 8am and at 845 when the bathrooms hadn't arrived I called the company who told me they'd be here by 10. At 10 o'clock the toilets were still not here and when I called the company they told me that they had been delivered to the wrong house up the street where there was also an event going on. They decided it wasn't there fault there were multiple events going on on the same street on the same day even though they had my address. They then took back the fact that they delivered them to the wrong place and told me they had never received an order from me which was clearly not the case. After I pulled up an email confirmation of the order they decided to put me in touch with the manager. The manager called me an hour and a half later (now almost 1pm) telling me shed have pottys out to me in an hour (2 o clock) the time my event was going to end. She offered me a very slight discount but no apology or anything. Obviously we didn't end up not getting pottys from them. I highly highly suggest never using this "company". read more
