Outdoor weddings need toilets too!…read more We got to the 8-foot restroom trailer which fits two restrooms. The restrooms looked kind of like what a typical restaurant bathroom does. I guess there was a bit of a funny smell when they first dropped the trailer off but they made sure it was all set and ventilated before they left and there was no issue after that. One thing we had to confirm that we had access to was a long hose that ran to a tap so that the trailer could be connected to a water source. It wasn't particularly "cheap" at around $1,500 but we needed a bathroom, it was really nice, and they went above and beyond. For example, it rained pretty bad that entire week and they made more than 1 attempt at picking it up without any extra cost to us. And the bathrooms truly were nice. My stepdad was really worried and thought it was really strange that we had trailer bathrooms. At some point though he went to use it and came back super excited telling everyone that they just had to see the bathrooms :'D

The notes in their system for our site, state that the service employee attempted service and tried calling with no response. The service employee is dishonest and I hope they're held accountable for shedding bad light on Service Sanitation.

I was quoted a large price due to Bob saying he had to move my waste stack to repair my check valve…read moreeven thou he hadn't busted up the concrete yet to make that determination it was included in my estimated price. Once they busted up the concrete it was determined that they wouldn't have to move the waste stack, and replaced the check valve. I was only discounted $300 off my bill. I'm sure it cost significantly more to move a waste stack. I found this company to be high priced but my neighbors referred them and said they do good work so i choose them to replace my check valve.

He was due to return to complete service. He did not return on the appt day and did not respond or attempt any to make contact until a day and a half later simply saying he had several delays. Appt was rescheduled. Hours after missing appt, Bernard asked to come a couple more hours later. I agreed to let him come as I need service complete. He did even have sense enough to disconnect call before stating "damn he didn't feel like going." He came later than he scheduled once again. Not enough sure if service was completed properly as there is a piece dangling off and water is still leaking from this supposedly new unit. Definitely NOT good service! Would have given zero stars if possible.
