Outdoor weddings need toilets too!…read more We got to the 8-foot restroom trailer which fits two restrooms. The restrooms looked kind of like what a typical restaurant bathroom does. I guess there was a bit of a funny smell when they first dropped the trailer off but they made sure it was all set and ventilated before they left and there was no issue after that. One thing we had to confirm that we had access to was a long hose that ran to a tap so that the trailer could be connected to a water source. It wasn't particularly "cheap" at around $1,500 but we needed a bathroom, it was really nice, and they went above and beyond. For example, it rained pretty bad that entire week and they made more than 1 attempt at picking it up without any extra cost to us. And the bathrooms truly were nice. My stepdad was really worried and thought it was really strange that we had trailer bathrooms. At some point though he went to use it and came back super excited telling everyone that they just had to see the bathrooms :'D

Once they busted up the concrete it was determined that they wouldn't have to move the waste stack, and replaced the check valve. I was only discounted $300 off my bill. I'm sure it cost significantly more to move a waste stack. I found this company to be high priced but my neighbors referred them and said they do good work so i choose them to replace my check valve.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received today…read more I had a service appointment scheduled between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM to replace the expansion tank on my water heater. It is now 8:24 PM, and the technician, Mason, never arrived. I attempted to call him this evening, but there was no answer. To accommodate this appointment, I took the entire day off from work. Unfortunately, my time was treated with complete disregard. In fact, I had to call your office three separate times before noon just to confirm that the appointment was still scheduled. At 12:21 PM, I spoke with Mason, who informed me that he was running late and estimated his arrival between 5:40 PM and 6:20 PM. Around 5:00 PM, he called again to say he would instead arrive between 7:30 PM and 8:00 PM. After yet another delay, I called him and expressed that I was no longer willing to continue waiting. At that point, I was told he was experiencing car problems. While I understand that unexpected issues can occur, the repeated delays, lack of communication, and failure to follow through on the appointment were completely unacceptable. Throughout the day, I received multiple changing arrival times, yet no one ultimately showed up. To make matters worse, I currently have water leaking into my basement, making this a time-sensitive repair rather than a routine service call. This experience demonstrated a serious lack of professionalism and respect for a customer's time. I expected much better communication, reliability, and accountability. I hope this matter is taken seriously so that no other customer has to endure the same level of inconvenience and frustration.
