However whenever I receive a new court document of how our filing was wrongfully entered in the wrong county and we are asked time and time again to present in court- I'm reminded of how disappointing the outcome was to the whole situation. I was highly skeptical despite the 700+ 5 star reviews…read more This was mainly due to the fact that another process server had attempted and was unable to serve defendant due to his evasive nature. Even in a space where guaruntees shouldn't be given, Chris assured me that he would get the job done. He kept me updated throughout the process. Lo and behold, I got the phonecall from Chris saying "It's done. I just served him outside his house". The shock and amazement was like watching a magician complete his trick. I hope anyone reading my review will look no further; save your money and, most importantly, your time. Chris is the guy to get the job done and he's turned me into a believer. You won't be sorry.

I contacted this process server (Erika) and asked a few basic questions about how they handle…read moreservice attempts and documentation. Instead of answering, she immediately got defensive and told me to find another company. At one point, my questions were dismissed as "trust issues," which is unprofessional and completely misses the point. When you're dealing with legal service, clients have every right to ask how the work is being done--especially if they've had bad experiences before. Rather than providing any real answers or reassurance, she leaned on how many cases they've handled and told me to "trust me." That's not how professional service works. Transparency and communication matter. If simple, reasonable questions make them uncomfortable, that's a red flag. I took my business elsewhere and would recommend others do the same if they expect professionalism and accountability.

JPL has been excellent to work with, especially Jeff, Rich and Lilly…read more For anyone handling legal matters on their own, the filing and service side can be complicated and easy to get wrong. JPL brings a level of responsiveness, and attention to detail that makes a real difference. They have consistently gone above and beyond for me, and their support has white glove. They help ensure things are done correctly and take a lot of the friction out of the process. In a system where not everyone has access to full legal representation, having a service like this is more than worth the cost--and for someone representing themselves--I would say it is critical. Highly recommend.
