Run for the hills! Over all Extremely poor communication with staff and usually no one will answer the phone. She is real quick to take your $ to write a trust but after that, it's one excuse after another as to why it is not finished. The so called completed trust, is just a huge jumble of data that does not match your specific requests during in the intake form you fill out during the 1st meeting. We The People literally gave us a 100+ page document loaded with things we did not need or Ask for! Then she expects the customer to weed through the document correcting and eliminating all the sections that really were not required and language that was NOT needed or requested. During our 1st meeting, we clearly filled out a detailed client form for family trusts and established important details. These details were essential to the contents of our trust, along with some important state requirements. Non of the important details were included in the initial copy of the trust presented to us. All were ignored. She was on defensive the whole time since she knows that what they gave us was just a general trust with jargon that any computer can spit out. It was Just a horrible experience and it took well over a year for us to sign a document that really to this day, is not what we needed or ask for.. Just doing data dump of Trust data and then expect the customer to re write the whole thing rather than specifically using the exact info provided by us during step 1 of the trust process. Again, they don't answer the phone or they call you on the wrong number etc. It just goes on and on. Just completely untrained incompetent staff. read more

BEWARE!!! Jayne (whatever her last name is) is quick to take your money but fails to deliver on her promises. Despite providing detailed information in an Excel sheet with all names and property details, she never transferred my properties to the trust as she assured me she would. None of the promised work was completed; she took my money and disappeared. I was extremely patient with them, waited and waited, but they are extremely incompetent. The trust she created is filled with outdated and poorly done information, forcing me to get it properly redone elsewhere. Additionally, I paid her to handle my sister's divorce, but she has continually gaslighted us and has done nothing to progress the case. Her office is incredibly difficult to reach, Always appearing closed when I visit. It took years to get her to finish my trust, and now I discover it was done inadequately and remains incomplete. I reached out to we the people because I needed a dissolution of marriage filed. All of the paperwork was signed and ready in the month of December 2023. The owner of this location informed me that I would probably be divorced by February and to be on the lookout for something in the mail then. February comes around and I get nothing in the mail. I called the courthouse and I was informed that nothing had been filed. So I call we the people and am told that the paperwork was filed but that it probably hasn't been processed by a judge yet but that they are going to the courthouse the following day to file more cases and that they would double check on my case. I didn't hear back from we the people for an update so I called back and was told that everything was fine and that the paperwork will be processed. Today I call the courthouse for an update and was informed that the paperwork was filed in February. So I was lied to when I was told that they filed in December! Not only did they file it late but they filed it incorrectly and the paperwork was rejected. It is extremely difficult to get a hold of anyone at this office and when you do they are usually at one of their other locations and ask that you call back when they are at the location where you originally filed. This office is very unorganized and they don't seem to have a process to follow up on cases they have filed. I recommend you find another service to assist with any legal matters. read more

The only reason this place gets one star is because I can't leave zero stars. This was the most disorganized, unreliable office. I needed help with an amicable divorce. They did not submit proof of service to the court in a timely manner, they could not answer my questions about why certain forms were needed, couldn't answer general questions about the legal process and at one point they couldn't find my file. Ultimately, I went to the court clerk's office (twice) to complete the process myself because my file was submitted to the court by "we the People" without all the required forms. I feel like I wasted money for incomplete and incompetent work. Additionally, each time I went into their office there was another client who was having issue with the incompetence and disorganization. This is done in a very sad way. Jayne has done work for us in the past , yes I needed to chase her around and wait for the work to be completed. So , I decided to use her again for a very important amendment and again I chased her around and around , nothing but stress which can trigger life threatening seizures. My soon to be ex and I were having a friendly separation and divorce so we figured a paralegal was ok. First, they did the paperwork for the legal separation but I would later find out the the legal separation was never granted because of missing paperwork. We The People never contacted us. Jayne was quick to answer my messages, phones calls and charging my card. My grandfather needed a trust asap(and this was explained to her) as his ailing heath deteriorated at the hospital. Stay far, far away from this office. The answer I received today was "Google It" Second travesty, I needed a Notary for my signature on a document prepared with regard to a Minor. The whole reason I had the document drafted is because my Son IS a minor, no brainer as far as I'm concerned. One last thing that bothered me was the staff member read my entire agreement. I've been a Notary for 27 years.....the documents are none of our business. We are required to determine whether is should have an Affidavit or an Acknowledgment. Nothing more, nothing less. If I could give this firm a zero (0) I would. I hired this firm to do some legal work to save money, but you pay for what you get. As a client of theirs, I would always have to chase them to find our what the status was one the case. Through the process, they stated they did work they haven't done. Eventually, I hired an attorney to clean their mess and proceed with the case. A refund was agreed by this firm and after approximately two weeks of waiting, a refund has not been issued as of this date. read more

I received a response from We the People. I paid up front for the services. Then received a call that I owed money. Once people in that office commuted with each other, they realized nothing was owed. The paperwork would of been sent before close down. Then they were to change a grant deed to a trust. We received the paperwork back with a list of everything was done wrong. Again I paid before everything. Now they just sent a new deed to my nephew. I paid for the notary and now we have to pay again. $15. Anyone going here make sure the service matches what you paid! You can use the excuse of COVID-19 however that's just the way it was. They held paperwork up, sitting on someone's desk. And the deed to record and get done is recent. Real estate transactions did not stop this year! read more

This is the worst place I have seen as far as customer service. My ex wife and I had a uncontested divorce. We filled out paper work and it was supposedly sent to San Bernardino courts. After about three months I tried calling the business and was unable to speak to the owner Jayne, because she was helping others. No big deal I left my name with receptionist. I never got a return call. Fast forward or this review would go on forever within the next three months (now 6 months in) I called the suites each week and the owner would not return my call. When I got lucky enough to speak with her when she answered phone she told me she would Look into it and call me. I never heard from her. I looked on the County computer portal and saw there was no activity on my case. So I went to the court house only to be informed they have never received any paperwork. Tried calling the business to get my original paperwork back and still was unable to speak with the owner. I finally obtained another lawyer and contacted we the people and told them o have a lawyer and want my paperwork back. It was sent to me two days later. I had to Mark this as one star because I couldn't review it without it. This is the worst business I have ever seen with customer service. I have decided to give this an update. I visited this establishment a month ago for a notarization of which the staff member did not have the necessary tools to complete the notary. At first glance, it was very poor service. A) Staff member did not have necessary tools for job and B) I was greeted as if I was a burden. However, after Jayne, the owner of the establishment reviewed my post she did not hesitate to reach out to resolve the issue.
