Very experienced and easy to work with. Her pricing for a Living Trust is hard to beat

Very good service great place the owner was there she took care of my business in good time

Reached out to this business. Messaged them that we have 3 properties we would like to register as LLCS. We are moving out of state in the next couple weeks. Is this something you can assist us with in regard to being a registered agent. Stacy replied with Hello, Thank you for contacting We The People. we certainly can help. Please contact our office at 424-390-4390 to get started. Please ask for Elena. Thank you, We The People.. called and spoke with Elena and she said she couldn't help us with what we needed. Someone isn't telling the truth or has bad customer service. Either way bad for business. Did no value in their business when you say one thing then say another. Definitely not for "We The People" read more

We The People - Conversation I had with manager, Stacy - Legal Services Near Me - Long Beach, California

I don't like writing reviews but when I payed for a service which wtp promised to give which I did not receive. WTP told me they will send in my paperwork to the court and to other party lawyer.. that did not happen. I was in court looking like a dumb ass.. the judge said I do not have a response nothing was in. NA read more

Great personalized service. Very friendly and professional. Very thorough and informative.

Run for the hills! Over all Extremely poor communication with staff and usually no one will answer the phone. She is real quick to take your $ to write a trust but after that, it's one excuse after another as to why it is not finished. The so called completed trust, is just a huge jumble of data that does not match your specific requests during in the intake form you fill out during the 1st meeting. We The People literally gave us a 100+ page document loaded with things we did not need or Ask for! Then she expects the customer to weed through the document correcting and eliminating all the sections that really were not required and language that was NOT needed or requested. During our 1st meeting, we clearly filled out a detailed client form for family trusts and established important details. These details were essential to the contents of our trust, along with some important state requirements. Non of the important details were included in the initial copy of the trust presented to us. All were ignored. She was on defensive the whole time since she knows that what they gave us was just a general trust with jargon that any computer can spit out. It was Just a horrible experience and it took well over a year for us to sign a document that really to this day, is not what we needed or ask for.. Just doing data dump of Trust data and then expect the customer to re write the whole thing rather than specifically using the exact info provided by us during step 1 of the trust process. Again, they don't answer the phone or they call you on the wrong number etc. It just goes on and on. Just completely untrained incompetent staff. read more

BEWARE!!! Jayne (whatever her last name is) is quick to take your money but fails to deliver on her promises. Despite providing detailed information in an Excel sheet with all names and property details, she never transferred my properties to the trust as she assured me she would. None of the promised work was completed; she took my money and disappeared. I was extremely patient with them, waited and waited, but they are extremely incompetent. The trust she created is filled with outdated and poorly done information, forcing me to get it properly redone elsewhere. Additionally, I paid her to handle my sister's divorce, but she has continually gaslighted us and has done nothing to progress the case. Her office is incredibly difficult to reach, Always appearing closed when I visit. It took years to get her to finish my trust, and now I discover it was done inadequately and remains incomplete. Jayne Bromberg essentially stole my money. Do not trust her with your legal matters. read more

I reached out to we the people because I needed a dissolution of marriage filed. All of the paperwork was signed and ready in the month of December 2023. The owner of this location informed me that I would probably be divorced by February and to be on the lookout for something in the mail then. February comes around and I get nothing in the mail. I called the courthouse and I was informed that nothing had been filed. So I call we the people and am told that the paperwork was filed but that it probably hasn't been processed by a judge yet but that they are going to the courthouse the following day to file more cases and that they would double check on my case. I didn't hear back from we the people for an update so I called back and was told that everything was fine and that the paperwork will be processed. Today I call the courthouse for an update and was informed that the paperwork was filed in February. So I was lied to when I was told that they filed in December! Not only did they file it late but they filed it incorrectly and the paperwork was rejected. It is extremely difficult to get a hold of anyone at this office and when you do they are usually at one of their other locations and ask that you call back when they are at the location where you originally filed. This office is very unorganized and they don't seem to have a process to follow up on cases they have filed. I recommend you find another service to assist with any legal matters. read more

So it's actually been awhile... but we everything went as planned following their recommendations and I did get the house.

Thank you so much Jayne for being so helpful in providing me with assistance in resolving my legal situation. You were so friendly and very helpful that made this experience less stressful for me. Thank you! Marisa read more

I really wanted to like this place, the office staff was very friendly and helpful. However, a process that should have taken a little amount of time was incredibly drawn out and they were very poor at communicating any issues with me. They also forgot to file my papers until I called 2 months later to ask why I hadn't heard anything from the courts. Wouldn't go back or recommend Update in response: this happened last year, prior to COVID so that wouldn't have affected this read more

Jayne Bromberg....STILL A CROOK! She did not perform the service I paid for and did not give me a refund after agreeing that she would.

This is done in a very sad way. Jayne has done work for us in the past , yes I needed to chase her around and wait for the work to be completed. So , I decided to use her again for a very important amendment and again I chased her around and around , nothing but stress which can trigger life threatening seizures. I found out she lost a key office worker who left after many years and did much of the work and was task oriented. She charged me up front for services not delivered, which all you who are considering using her is illegal. I requested my money back and nothing. STILL NO WORK DONE. STILL NO MONEY BACK. BUYER BEWARE , updated 3/16/2 I could not handle the stress anymore , so I asked my financial advisor and my consultant and she got nothing but more and more round around ( all documented ) our consultant gave up. Such a shame , I highly highly suggest find another company. THIS WAS A GREAT COMPANY BEFORE, but no longer:(. Jayne will will make a comment why this review is wrong. BUT trust me it's spot on , I have no interest in making up a story , just to represent the true facts. I am out time , energy and $ 1,200.00 Don't fall for her excuses , BOTTOM LINE , she did not do the work requested not even close her first draft of one amendment was like she never heard a word I told her or my so called " third party " who happens to be a established financial company with reputable lawyer reviews of any work done in our behalf. Regardless we paid up front for 4 amendments and a real-estate document. Again keep in mind she is not an attorney. Clearly did not do any of the work. I have requested full refund. I communicate extremely well calls emails to her no response from emails. Would not send us anything she had done for review. I will update this review monthly. read more

The only reason this place gets one star is because I can't leave zero stars. This was the most disorganized, unreliable office. I needed help with an amicable divorce. They did not submit proof of service to the court in a timely manner, they could not answer my questions about why certain forms were needed, couldn't answer general questions about the legal process and at one point they couldn't find my file. Ultimately, I went to the court clerk's office (twice) to complete the process myself because my file was submitted to the court by "we the People" without all the required forms. I feel like I wasted money for incomplete and incompetent work. Additionally, each time I went into their office there was another client who was having issue with the incompetence and disorganization. Janet and Janie are a joke and should not be trusted for anything important!! read more

This is truly a place where people can come or call into for legal consultation and guidance in so many legal matters that cost far too much for the average working person. Having the knowledge is all the power and going to them will give you that. Absolutely call before hiring an attorney. read more

They abandoned us in the middle of my divorce filing. Never returned calls or emails. However, at the onset, they were eager to get paid and we paid them immediately believing they would serve us through the whole divorce process, only to not return multiple calls nor answer the phone. Maybe twice they answered with promises to call back but didn't. So today I am left with having to finish my divorce myself. I should've paid myself to do the paperwork. read more

I can"t say enough good things about Jayne. A true master of the legal language. Before going straight to an attorney I recommend starting here. Save time. Money and most all your sanity. read more

We The People - Legal Services Near Me - Long Beach, California

If I could give this place a negative star rating I would. I was referred in January 2020 to We The People. My soon to be ex and I were having a friendly separation and divorce so we figured a paralegal was ok. First, they did the paperwork for the legal separation but I would later find out the the legal separation was never granted because of missing paperwork. We The People never contacted us. That would be the theme of our dealings with them from then on. Long story short, they do not accept responsibility for their mistakes. They are horrible at communicating and did not return phone calls. They definitely did not know me when I called so I had to tell my story every time. The only time I did get their attention was when I complained to the BBB about them. I can go on and on, but in the end, I would not refer them to my worst enemy read more

Not going to lie, my process took a while. I had to follow up constantly, remind about myself, call, stop by and so on. At the end it all worked out, and the price was fair. When it was all done I received a personal call, which was very nice, as it was good news! It was in my interest to stay on top of my affairs, and I did the leg work. The ladies did their job, and I have no complaints! Thank you! read more

Lets try to make this short, bitter and absolutely not simple at all because that was exactly the service that was provided for me. Jayne was quick to answer my messages, phones calls and charging my card. My grandfather needed a trust asap(and this was explained to her) as his ailing heath deteriorated at the hospital. Jayne promised a fee, particular service and within a reasonable amount of time. Guess what!! This was a horrific god-awful experience.. 4.18.16- Jayne provided the trust workbook 4.20.16- Completed and return workbook to Jayne 4.21.16 to 5.23.16- A series of unanswered phone calls, no email, nothing... crickets... 5.26.16- did not have the audacity to call me but wrote an email of how the trust was sent to me already via mail but when I asked for a tracking number...nothing....then I asked for a refund...nothing....S0 i contacted my credit card to dispute the charge In short, this is what Jayne provided for me: - A whopping headache - Scramming to find another legal service to do the job quickly - Having 2 legal services charged to my card and disputing it - Running post office to post office regarding the trust packet she DID NOT SEND because guess what its July.....NothiNG!!! - Delayed a month worth of time creating a "Trust" ...Must be on a flying carpet and it got lost? - Stress and anxiety because my grandpa could have gone at any moment Should Jayne have been honest and said hey we just could not get to it...then fine I can sleep at night but instead she had me chasing my own tail...why?? Just simply admit you did not do it!!! That simple!! read more

Stay far, far away from this office. The answer I received today was "Google It" Second travesty, I needed a Notary for my signature on a document prepared with regard to a Minor. The whole reason I had the document drafted is because my Son IS a minor, no brainer as far as I'm concerned. One last thing that bothered me was the staff member read my entire agreement. I've been a Notary for 27 years.....the documents are none of our business. We are required to determine whether is should have an Affidavit or an Acknowledgment. Nothing more, nothing less. I am not sad that I live 80 miles from here. By the way, went straight to a UPS Store, had my document notarized.....Bam! read more

If I could give this firm a zero (0) I would. I hired this firm to do some legal work to save money, but you pay for what you get. As a client of theirs, I would always have to chase them to find our what the status was one the case. Through the process, they stated they did work they haven't done. Eventually, I hired an attorney to clean their mess and proceed with the case. A refund was agreed by this firm and after approximately two weeks of waiting, a refund has not been issued as of this date. read more

Do yourselves a favor and avoid going to this office like the plaque. I truly thought Jayne was a professional when I met her to fill out a new Deed for my condo.. my was I sadly mistaken! The Deed wasn't properly executed so now I am having all sorts of issues. I called her office over 10 times, and sent emails and she never returned my calls nor my emails!! I'm going to contact whom ever I need to to put in a formal complaint! It's obvious she doesn't care about her clients, and don't bother replying with a phony BS story how you did everything right and we as the Customer are in the wrong!! I've read some of the other negative remarks and agree 100% you are a sorry excuse for a business owner!!!! read more

I received a response from We the People. I paid up front for the services. Then received a call that I owed money. Once people in that office commuted with each other, they realized nothing was owed. The paperwork would of been sent before close down. Then they were to change a grant deed to a trust. We received the paperwork back with a list of everything was done wrong. Again I paid before everything. Now they just sent a new deed to my nephew. I paid for the notary and now we have to pay again. $15. Anyone going here make sure the service matches what you paid! You can use the excuse of COVID-19 however that's just the way it was. They held paperwork up, sitting on someone's desk. And the deed to record and get done is recent. Real estate transactions did not stop this year! read more

This is the worst place I have seen as far as customer service. My ex wife and I had a uncontested divorce. We filled out paper work and it was supposedly sent to San Bernardino courts. After about three months I tried calling the business and was unable to speak to the owner Jayne, because she was helping others. No big deal I left my name with receptionist. I never got a return call. Fast forward or this review would go on forever within the next three months (now 6 months in) I called the suites each week and the owner would not return my call. When I got lucky enough to speak with her when she answered phone she told me she would Look into it and call me. I never heard from her. I looked on the County computer portal and saw there was no activity on my case. So I went to the court house only to be informed they have never received any paperwork. Tried calling the business to get my original paperwork back and still was unable to speak with the owner. I finally obtained another lawyer and contacted we the people and told them o have a lawyer and want my paperwork back. It was sent to me two days later. I had to Mark this as one star because I couldn't review it without it. This is the worst business I have ever seen with customer service. This place is being reported to the better business bureau and my ex is getting representation to get her money back from this company. Horrible company beware read more

I have decided to give this an update. I visited this establishment a month ago for a notarization of which the staff member did not have the necessary tools to complete the notary. At first glance, it was very poor service. A) Staff member did not have necessary tools for job and B) I was greeted as if I was a burden. However, after Jayne, the owner of the establishment reviewed my post she did not hesitate to reach out to resolve the issue. I can definitely say that it was very responsible and customer service like on her part to reach out to me to rectify an issue. I look forward to giving this place another chance in the future. read more

Thank you, thank you Jayne ! We had a family situation arise on short notice and needed to have a trust created to get a few things legally situated. The owner Jayne gave us an Appt as soon as she could - even calles is after she had a cancellation to move us up ! Can you imagine that ? With this year of Covid ! Last night was my fourth appointment with Jayne. I can not tell you how pleased I am with her services. She is so knowledgeable, understanding and kind. She is all those things while being very professional and proficient at the same time! It's hard to find a business that makes you feel so comfortable and well taken care of and still does not charge you outrageously high fees. My past two problems that Jayne handled for me, were quite big, and not so easy issues. She did everything perfectly, and as quick as possible! As you can see, I am very pleased with We The People.
