I've called three times and just gave up, probably what they want. What a disgusting way for a company to operate. The trailer itself is complete garbage. Everything we touch falls apart. Window and door trims droop to the ground. The kitchen faucet flew apart and drenched the kitchen and contents. The drawers have started to literally fall apart. I could go on and on. Be warned everyone, stay away from this failing excuse for customer service AND the brand mentioned. 70k plus dollars....poof gone without a hope in hell of recovering even half of it. I am the sort of person that has not the guts to sell this piece of crap without first warning a potential admirer.

It took us almost 2 years after purchasing to even get our RV looked at. We purchased at the end of season 2023. We noticed immediately the first time we drove it that the siding was flopping on one side. We called. They told us no problem. It's covered under your warranty when you bring it in we'll fix it. The following season, we noticed that the rubber seal around the slide was ripped. We contacted them again and advised of this issue. Again we were told don't worry it's under your warranty when you bring it in. Keep in mind that every time we try to call and advise of these issues it takes us several weeks to get a hold of anybody! So we just brought the RV in last month finally! They emailed us to advise that the slide was not installed correctly. It's installed too much to the right therefore it's rubbing on the rubber seal. They said it's not covered under warranty!? then they said that they checked the siding and that it appears that from the manufacturer it's missing staples in siding. However, in order for them to fix that they have to take apart some of the siding. This also apparently is not covered under warranty!? So how do I end up paying almost $80,000 for a Jayco trailer that has nothing covered under said warranty? Oh and this would be the part about how their financing is an absolute SCAM!! Also, why would you keep telling me every time I called that these issues will be covered under my warranty and then I bring it in and you charge me $400 for the service call only to tell me that nothing is covered under my warranty?? DID I INSTALL THE SIDING? NO! DID I INSTALL THE SLIDE? NO! SO HOW THE HELL IS IT NOT COVERED BY THE MANUFACTURER??? My advice is STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!

They charged me in excess of $1600, accessed parts without my approval. After 3 weeks, when I took the truck somewhere else to adjust the park brake that Ed's never fixed properly, it was discovered that the left rear rotor had not been reinstalled properly by Ed's, was hanging by the brake fluid line & running on the inside of the rim. My husband and I sought three quotes, and MK Auto Body had the best reviews and most competitive price. They were friendly during all interactions as well. The replacement bumper arrived quickly, and they painted it before I arrived so time without my vehicle was minimal. The work was done very well. A complimentary air freshener and pen was a nice surprise at the end of my service. I'd definitely return to them for any auto-body repairs.

Costs for parts came to less than $300, while the cost for labour was about $1,000??? Exactly, they said it would take 11 hours to paint a bumper. Wonder if anyone has reported them to the better business bureau or the Ontario business licensing agency? Please if you have had similar issue, submit a report as it's the only way we can stop our insurance premiums going up while they get rich.
