He was a pleasure to deal with and continues to be so as we prepare for delivery. The negotiation for the sale was clear and honest and his post sale responses to our queries have been timely and courteous. The pricing at RV Canada is certainly competitive with the current market. Some of the initial financial arrangements were not as we would have expected but Mr. Garrick has been there to deal with our concerns. We are currently arranging a walk through and PDI for delivery at the end of March so we cannot comment on any service experience. They charged me in excess of $1600, accessed parts without my approval. After 3 weeks, when I took the truck somewhere else to adjust the park brake that Ed's never fixed properly, it was discovered that the left rear rotor had not been reinstalled properly by Ed's, was hanging by the brake fluid line & running on the inside of the rim. Stay away from these guys.

Costs for parts came to less than $300, while the cost for labour was about $1,000??? Exactly, they said it would take 11 hours to paint a bumper. Wonder if anyone has reported them to the better business bureau or the Ontario business licensing agency? Please if you have had similar issue, submit a report as it's the only way we can stop our insurance premiums going up while they get rich.

I strongly regret purchasing my RV here. The RV has had multiple serious manufacturing defects, and…read morethe dealership's service has been extremely slow, unresponsive, and unreliable. Structural Water Damage: On the first trip of 2025, the slide-out wall was swollen from water infiltration. The dealership immediately confirmed it was caused by an incorrectly installed factory seal. A warranty claim was opened--but eight months later, I still have no confirmation from the manufacturer. This RV has a 3‑year structural warranty, and water infiltration clearly qualifies. Meanwhile, the damage has already hurt the RV's resale value. Excessive Delays: The RV sat at the dealership for 3 weeks for a repair that ended up being nothing more than two strips of caulking. I've lost weeks of camping while still paying for a unit I can't use. Axle, Suspension & Tire Failure: After only 8 short trips (under 1,600 km total), one tire wore down to near blowout and the other shows abnormal inner wear--likely axle or suspension issues. My RV uses a Lippert axle, which is currently the subject of a class action lawsuit for defective materials. The RV has now been stuck at the dealership since late August with no updates. Other Issues Ignored: A 1‑inch window seal was found out of place (another water infiltration risk) and I still don't know if it was ever repaired. Bottom Line This has been one of the worst purchase and service experiences I've ever had. The RV has repeated factory defects, major structural issues, and safety concerns--combined with months‑long delays and almost no communication. I absolutely cannot recommend this dealership or this manufacturer.
