The ladies at the front desk were just the friendliest people you could ever meet. They were able to answer all my questions and also my wife's questions with straight answers and gave me some great opinions on how I could get started. Within a few days, I was in a classroom with Mark training and preparing myself for the CDL permit test. Mark is a great teacher, he was funny and very detailed oriented. He had a way of making sure class didn't get too boring. Thanks to Mark, I was able to pass my permit test on my first try only missing one question. After I obtained my permit, it was time to start hands-on training out in the yard. This is where I got nervous because I don't always get along with other people. Especially people with chips on their shoulder. Once I got out there I realized it was all in my head. Because the students and staff out in the yard were justice friendly as the staff in the office and it made it very easy to want to come back every day. To me, it felt like being a kid again just hanging out with my friends at the playground. Of all the students I became friends with there are 3 that really stand out to me... Andrew, Lionel & Onay I appreciate you guys' and your friendship. I wish you guys the best of luck, happiness and a safe journey in life. The instructors out in the yard were absolutely fantastic. The 3 instructors that I worked with the most where Mona, Tony and Markell. They always showed up to the yard with great attitudes. They never let their personal lives interfere or affect how they were teaching the students. Tony was really good about letting me drive around at my own pace, learning how to shift in and out of the gears properly. Markell was fantastic at keeping me motivated and teaching me a lot about the different size trailers and how each one maneuvers differently. He was also able to help me out with my exterior pre-trip inspection. He taught me a few things I didn't know and helped me get ready for the big test day. Mona is an absolute rock star!! She really went above and beyond helping me every step of the way, and any time I ask for a little more assistance with anything she made sure I got it. She taught me everything I needed to know about my in cab pre-trip inspection and my offset parking. She really went above and beyond helping me get ready for my road test. My driving was rough, but it wasn't bad. Mona took me out and made sure I was ready for those tight right turns and curvy roads. Mona, I can't thank you enough. You didn't have to invest your time in me But you did it anyway, and I appreciate you and everything you did for me. Mona, Tony, Markell, Andrew, Lionel and Onay.... We were able to schedule a couple of drive lessons with the same instructor, as well as with other instructors for how different people teach. The drive test refresher was also a welcome lesson. John H. was amazing! We had arranged he would pick up our son from the house and then we would meet them at the DMV for the scheduled drive test. We had a little paperwork issue which was my fault, but John was there and got me the right contact to be able to remedy the issue quickly and still be able to take the drive test. He was very patient and easy to talk to and always showed up to my house early or on time. Starting out, if you just follow EVERYTHING he tells you to do, then things will start to make sense and driving becomes sort of second nature. I love their car because it's fun, comfortable, and easy to use. My 2 problems with them is after 10 hours of driving lessons, I still didn't know how to park and be a safe driver. After them, I can drive but not well. And last thing, my instructor always interfered with my steering wheel. I totally appreciate it starting off because I sucked but by the last few lessons, I felt like I got the hang of it and just needed practice but I didn't learn when he was always taking over the wheel. Overall my experience was good and I do recommend them for any type of driver including first time drivers. But if you're a first time driver, don't expect to be great by the end of it. My daughter texted me and said her instructor had to leave her at the DMV and needed to use another vehicle because of a scheduling issue one hour before the driving test ONE HOUR I called the company and talked with Nigel who immediately started making excuses for the error saying they needed more money for her to continue--total BS. How the heck are you going to tell a young driver one hour before their test that she couldn't use the vehicle? Her instructor Tina had said to my daughter that she was going to call her a week prior and let her know but didn't do it. my wife and let my daughter know we would be there and she could use our truck. We pulled up to the DMV and found a sweet spot for her to start the test and her driving instructor came up to us and said she failed the test. What and the ...? She didn't even make it out of the parking spot. I said to my daughter we got this don't take it personally we use our vehicle to take the next test. Think about this before using this company it could happen to you. The company called and said they would let my daughter use their car for her next test at no charge. We declined and just wanted the money refunded. NO CALL BACK! As a parent, I would keep your kids away from here in my opinion.

My son wanted his last driving day to be closer to the day of his driving test. Of course the DMV's testing was 6 weeks out. Safe Driving School still accommodated and allowed for the change. My son felt super comfortable in the car that he was driving. I felt comfortable allowing them to take my son because they have the brakes and accelerator on their side. My son drove on the highway and even the strip area. I even still get anxious driving on the strip at times. After the drive, Dwayne would let me know what my son still needed to work on and what he did really good on. We had the pleasure of meeting Alicia and Dwayne and both were great. My son felt really comfortable with Dwayne and Dwayne did more evenings. My vision isn't as good in the evenings so I was really appreciative that we could book out in the evening with somebody else driving with my son. Safe Driving School gave my son the confidence to drive and gave me confidence that his skills would be better tuned when I drove with him. I love that they pick him up and drop him off. It was super convenient. They never shorted him any time, it was always the full two hours and they were always on time. The company is very professional and friendly. My grandson finished his lessons in December. Circumstances prevented him from taking his test until 2/23. We went to DMV, and there was Lynn waiting. My grandson was scheduled for 2:20. Mind you, these delays were on my end, and the contract with Safe Driving School was completely satisfied, but yet there was Lynn today. This was all done today on their dime! I had NO idea that a business with this level of customer CARE existed anywhere today. It is worth every cent I spent. I would/will do it again in a heartbeat! I want to start by saying this daycare seemed very promising, but after five months with our…read moredaughter, we lost confidence in the care she was receiving. One of the first concerns happened when I picked her up and was told she had a diaper rash. The staff said Aquaphor wasn't working, so they used one of their own sprays instead. My response was, "Why aren't you using the Desitin we provided, clearly labeled with her name and accompanied by a doctor's note instructing you to use it?" They apologized and assured us they would use it going forward. This immediately raised concerns about attention to care, especially since diaper products should never be shared between children due to the risk of spreading illnesses like Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease (HFMD). On June 18, after a week at home with us, we dropped our daughter off and informed staff she had drool bumps on her chin because she was cutting two teeth at once. Later that day, we received a call saying she had a temperature of 99.4°F and was being sent home for suspected HFMD because she supposedly had bumps around her mouth, in her mouth, and in her diaper area. The "bumps" around her mouth were the same drool rash we had pointed out that morning, and they nearly disappeared after simply wiping her chin dry. She had no bumps in her diaper area and no mouth lesions. The next morning, her pediatrician examined her, laughed at the assessment, said she had absolutely no signs of HFMD, and cleared her to return. We met with the Director and Assistant Director to explain what happened. The Assistant Director admitted she hadn't been told about the drool rash or teething before making the assessment. We also brought up the earlier diaper cream incident and explained how concerning it was that our daughter's prescribed cream wasn't being used while they were quick to send children home over concerns about HFMD. We were assured these issues would be addressed. Then, in July, our daughter actually contracted HFMD. She had the classic symptoms: fever followed by lesions around her mouth, in her mouth, and on her hands and feet. We kept her home through her recovery, and once her pediatrician confirmed she was no longer contagious, we received another signed clearance note allowing her to return. The doctor also prescribed antibiotics for a mild ear infection, and we informed the daycare that the antibiotics could cause loose stools and diaper rash, asking them to apply her diaper cream accordingly. The first day back went well. However, the following morning, just one hour after dropping her off, I received another call telling me she was being sent home for suspected HFMD. They pointed to healed red marks under her chin from the previous infection, a small red mark on her finger that she's had since birth, and claimed her diaper area would "shock" me. When I got home and checked, she simply had a diaper rash from the antibiotic-related loose stools. There were no blisters, lesions, or signs of HFMD. Even more concerning, there was absolutely no evidence that her prescribed Desitin had been applied despite the daycare describing the rash as severe. Anyone who uses Desitin knows it leaves a visible white residue, and there was none. We took her back to the pediatrician, who again confirmed she had no signs of HFMD and again questioned whether the daycare was confusing her with another child. At that point, we decided to withdraw our daughter. As I packed up her belongings, one of the workers ran over laughing and said, "Can't forget this!" while handing me the nearly full tube of diaper cream. After five months, it looked like it had only been used a couple of times, despite multiple conversations, a doctor's note, and repeated reminders. I can't speak to the rest of the school, but our experience in the Angel's classroom left us extremely disappointed. We experienced repeated misdiagnoses that resulted in unnecessary doctor visits and missed work, along with repeated failures to follow a simple doctor's order to use our daughter's assigned diaper cream. For us, those issues reflected a lack of attention to detail and consistency that we simply could not overlook.
