NV Drivers Ed goes above and beyond! Our son had his permit and had been driving for more than the…read morehours required but was nervous about the driving test. We were, too! We called NV Drivers Ed with to see about getting a lesson from someone outside of our family. They were able to fit us in on short notice and Brian took our son himself for the lesson. He was amazing! He took him to the area where he was testing the next week and explained things the instructors look for and pointed out a few tricky areas, including construction zones, school zone, a street where the speed limit changes, and a few other things. In addition, we noticed our son drove differently after that one lesson!!! He was more observant of right-of-way, tricky 4-way stops, and some extra things that we didn't even know about!!! Our son went in the next week and passed the test on his first try without any deductions!!! THANK YOU Brian, and everyone at NV Drivers Ed for all you do!!! For a new driver I think this is very misleading Next my son rescheduled an appointment got a confirmation text from the driver "confirming a 3:00 pm time" and the appointment day came the next day and they showed up at noon. When we sent in the screen shot they STILL want to charge us the $50 Reschedule fee since the text was "a mistake" Edit: I have previously spoken to the online assistance personal & they informed the owner, I was told they would waive the fee in 24hrs but they never did when I followed up again they told me I would need to speak to the owner since after review "although the text was a mistake but the time was correct" again, I'm busy and if a text straight from the business confirms a time (which we provided) that should be honored my 17 year old was going off the last communication provided by the business They can keep the $50 we will be going elsewhere.

They processed my fee but each of their three email addresses listed have bounced back emails as undeliverable, including the one they ask you to email the affidavit. I've called thirty times, their message is garbled and hardly understandable. They haven't returned any calls. I had to sign up with another company and do traffic school for the second time this week. They deserve minus 100 stars but I'm forced to give them one here.

Everyone told me traffic school was going to be expensive. With a name like this, I thought for…read moresure I'd find a deal here. I took the class, everything was great. I got locked out of my account once because I repeatedly answered my security question(s) wrong. I called and verified my info, and got them to unlock it. But a word of advice...when choosing your security questions and writing the answers, make sure you pay attention to capitalization and spacing. Small discrepancies will get you locked out. So yay. I got one of my two points knocked off my record...for now. I really got a break, and I'm guessing cuz this was my first speeding ticket ever. Actually, first time ever being pulled over for that matter. The cop gave me a break and lowered the "official" speed I was clocked at. Otherwise, there's a good chance I would have gotten 3 points for speed in just one ticket. Yikes. Then this traffic school saves the day being such a bargain (I paid $25 for my online course) and saving me from having to back to NV for a court date. Phew!

He went over and beyond with the service he provided me today. He was able to instill confidence in me that allowed me to PASS MY TEST. The second drivers lesson was just before his drivers test just to review everything they covered with him to evaluate his understanding. I am very pleased with the charges, it's affordable and definitely worth it! Wendy and Frank followed through with my son and all I can say is I've never been more happy with our decision to sign up with this academy.
