I spent hours on my first appointment and now will start over with another provider. I've never felt so helpless and encountered such negligence. Don't fall into the same trap. Thank God they got me in within a few hours, to see Dr. Gina Rogers. When I arrived, reception was warm, & I was called back to a room quickly. Nora numbed my affected eye to gently measure my eye pressure, gave me a vision test, and then documented my detailed optical history, symptoms, and pharmacy to call in prescriptions. Dr. Rogers came in shortly after. She was warm & compassionate as she thoroughly looked in both eyes. She prescribed me 3 different things, to be thorough. By the next day, I was feeling much better. I am so grateful to the very warm team who got me in so quickly! I am so grateful to Dr. Rogers for letting me squeeze into her schedule when I was so miserable. My friend has recommended this practice to others for years. After my emergency visit, I saw why. I highly recommend too!

First, Dr. Palmer was running an hour behind on appointments, and the front desk didn't even have the courtesy to tell me when I checked in, only when I asked 45 minutes past my appointment time. Next I met with members of Dr. Palmer's staff. All of whom were very friendly and informative. They are the ones that get the 2 stars. They conveyed my situation to Dr. Palmer who told me it wasn't as bad as it could be (true but it still sucks when your eyes feel constantly irritated) and then offered to write me a prescription. Several other doctors had specifically advised against the drug because of side effects so I asked Dr. Palmer why he thought it was a good idea. His only response, I like it and think it works. This is how Dr. Palmer was with most of the questions I asked that were a little more specific. I know doctors are busy, and I know patients can be annoying, but I didn't like that I felt badly for asking questions.

I found Dr. Goldstick through the web when he was recommended by a retiring eye doctor. I couldn't be more pleased with the choice. I have a history of wearing contacts since I was 14, glasses since I was 4 and have a complicated prescription. My contacts and my eye sight need more than the average eye exam and I usually need to get either new glasses or new contacts every year or 2 years. I wanted a doctor who understood my background and could continue to advise me moving forward. First of all.. Dr. Goldstick is so down to earth, gentle, funny and very kind. He takes his time with every patient and makes sure that all of your questions are answered. My exam lasted less than an hour, he was on time and his staff was super sweet. He was very thorough and made sure that we talked about everything.. from reading glasses (ah-hem.. age) to the possibilities for eye surgery. But he was never pushy and in fact suggested strongly that I do not consider eye surgery until he sees more advancement for the type of lens replacement surgery that I would need. (I'm not a LASIK candidate). On top of it all, he didn't even suggest that I get new glasses or contacts.. rather he gave me a special cleaner for my contacts to try for now instead of pushing me to buy new lenses. The bottom line is that he is very practical, he listens to you and will be honest with his advice and he is not pushing you into purchasing anything. He really cares about his patients and he is just a joy to see. I highly recommend him to anyone.

I felt in very good hands with him, and can never thank him enough for doing such am incredible job restoring vision in my left eye. He comes with the highest possible recommendation from me. He took all the worry and stress out of what could be a very anxiety ridden experience.

Waiting that long is especially challenging with a young child, and by the time the doctor came in, my son was understandably exhausted and had reached his limit. The actual visit lasted only about seven minutes, which was frustrating given the significant wait time. I also had to make arrangements for my other son to be picked up from camp at 3:00, so the delay created additional stress and scheduling issues. Dr. Berman was kind and professional, but the office's scheduling and communication process need significant improvement. Patients' time--especially families with young children--should be treated with more consideration.

10/19/2021 Just got…read morehere at 1725 on the 9th floor. There are about 3 different eye offices on this floors so make sure you have the right one. One I finally figured it out I went to check in. The assistant handed me a stack of papeará to fill out, standard procedure I understand. My problem is I filled out all these forms beautifully on their website and submitted. The page gave me the, successfully submitted response! Boy was I wrong, yes I had to fill them all out again. The assistant gave me the ole "sorry I'm not seeing it here," routine as if to push the blame on the me the customer. What's scary is these people are going to be digging into my eyes with abrasive tools and shooting lasers into them. Technology has come so far right? I was born in the 80s and hearing that definitely would sound like science fiction. The reality is though we have come that far, yet seems this place can't keep electronic, electronic paper work in order. It's basically an email from me to you with a PDF. Yet I am so bold as to still be sitting here writing this review. So we gained a star. For five my writing and spelling I can't see really well. I have those crazy drops that dilate your retinas. I hate them. The technician who took care of me was wonderful gave me faith that this may go well. Still waiting to see the doctor. Some reviews I saw had stated the wait time was poor. Also, there are a ton of people in the waiting room. My assumption is there is only one doctor which is bad looking at all of these people. Well it ended very well. Dr. Epstein was very informative and made me feel at ease giving me options for my condition. You may have also read my Yelp for Panton Eye Care. They were not good at all. Here however, it was cut and dry here's the issue, here are the options let us know when we can schedule a procedure. I really like the let's solve this problem type of business. I would recommend them to anyone.
