Horrible place the service very unprofessional the front desk was pleasant but the female Doctor was not nice she didn't introduce herself she appeared annoyed because she couldn't pronounce my first name so she asked my last name i told her and she frowned i told her I had on contact lenses she appeared annoyed because I had to remove them she walked out & went to another room as I waited i could here her doing another eye exam I walked to the room the door was open I asked her if she was returning to finish my exam she said I have other patients you can go back to the room & wait I was shocked I had an appointment in was on time I immediately returned grabbed my belongings stopped at the first desk made them aware that I was canceling my appointment & walked out i should have checked the reviews prior i see why they only have 2 stars i will not recommend this place read more

I took my father there for eye test, he have hearing issues, the lady was watching reels on instagram or ticktok while doing the test and frustrated with my dad for not hearing her. Very unprofessional. The doctor was nice but didn't spend enough time with my dad to explain things. read more

My experience at this office was extremely disappointing. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was noticeably rude and unwelcoming. Instead of greeting patients professionally, she seemed irritated and dismissive, making the check-in process unnecessarily uncomfortable. When I asked a simple question, I was met with a short, unfriendly response. It felt like patients were more of an inconvenience than a priority. The overall atmosphere of the office reflected this lack of professionalism, which made the entire visit stressful. Customer service is just as important as the service being provided. read more

Amazing staff, from front desk who accommodated my last minute need for an appointment to the lab techs who took my retinal scans and eye pressure, they were personable, proficient, and helpful. No long wait times, and Dr. Greenberg was marvelous as always. Highly recommended! read more

Eye exam and RA exam for eyes Great team of Doctors Thought I would be needing another script for my eyes. I have been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, pretty young for this 55 year old. But had a good eye exam from very caring professional Eye Doctor/Surgeon ... Found out later that I didn't need a "surgeon/ specialist" for this exam. Do NOT go here. They were all very rude, rushed me through an eye exam, and gave me an incorrect prescription for glasses. It's very crowded and they want to get patients in and out as fast as possible. I REALLY do not recommend this place. read more

The young girl at the reception desk is the rudest receptionist I've ever encountered. She has such an attitude, straight from the geico as I walked in she ordered me to have a seat. I tried telling her that I was a new patient with an appointment, she couldnt care less, and once again with a patronizing tone ordered me to have a seat. That alone, set the tone for my experience at this place. She asked me questions by yelling from her reception desk... way to keep my personal things confidential. No client should be treated in this manner. No matter how much of a bad day she's having. Not to mention this is still quite early it's 11 o'clock. I was recommended to this place by my primary doctor. However, I will never recommend this place SOLEY because of the horrible receptionist. P.s ZERO stars would be given, if I had the option. Waited half an hour before one of the employees took me in (my appointment was for 11). I feel sorry for Dr. Greenberg, you see, he's actually the opposite of the staff that I've encountered with. He's vibrant, friendly, and attentive, it's unfortunate that he has to work with such people. read more

I will give this place 2 stars because of their friendly receptionists. Besides that, I actually have to report back to my PCP on how disappointed I was about the Doctor here. I got referral to come here after seeing my PCP. And this was so far the worst visit I ever had. The lady doctor was yelling at her elderly patient then keep going screaming at another patient after him. They didn't check the vision of my eyes for new Rx even that I already requested to be checked. At the end, she told me my eyes does not need new RX, it's all the same. Well, you didn't even measure me at all, how possible to tell that it was changed or not. Unprofessional attitude. I already reported to my PCP and hopefully they can get me to different Doctor who actually respect their patients. read more

Not only is the receptionist rude, the doctor doesn't care about his patients. I was sent to them in an emergency with something in my eye. They told me to come right over and they would see me immediately. After waiting over an hour, in pain, they refused to even look at my eye without first checking the prescription of my glasses and then wanted to do a vision test. I'm not there because my glasses are no good... I'm there because something is in my eye and it hurts. When I complained that they weren't trying to help but only padding their bill, they told me to go somewhere else. They deserve zero stars and zero new patients. Never go there in an emergency... I had a great experience here! I didn't look at yelp before I went and I probably would not have gone if I did. That's sad because I got amazing service here. The front desk staff is reserved, but not unfriendly. This is a medical office, not a retail environment. I work in the medical field and I found them to be very professional. Both of the doctors I saw were very kind (amazing bedside manner), professional and helpful. I went for an emergency visit for a scratched cornia. The diagnosed me quickly and accurately, Dr. Greenberg described the exact angle I had gotten scratched at. I was in an out in about 30 mins (that included filing out paperwork as a new patient.) I called at least 6 doctors to ask for an emergency visit before Eye Surgeons agreed to see me immediately. If you've never had the pleasure, corneal scratches are PAINFUL and being seen quickly is important. I am grateful for their help in this situation and I HIGHLY recommend their services! Thank you Dr's Greenberg and Goldberg! * I also want to add a comment regarding people who commented on the staff speaking "another" language. When I visited the office, many of the patients were speaking "another" language. It is an ABSOLUTE ASSET in healthcare to be able to communicate with patients in their native language or the language they are most fluent in. This means that the healthcare provider can get more accurate information regarding a patient's health concerns. I commend Eye Surgeons for being aware of the needs of their patients and having people working there who can communicate effectively. Everyone there also speaks perfect English, so I don't see why anyone would have a problem. read more

I agree with the previous comment. Unfortunately, the reception in this office is very rude. They have no idea how to treat or talk to patients properly. They still think that they are in their countries ( I assume some former soviet states). I was referred to this place by another doctor so it was doctor to doctor talking and when I went there of course they could not find my appointment. I do not know why it is so big deal, their face change as soon as you say that, why it is end of the world for them when someone walks in there without an appointment! My eye was about to shut off and it was all red and sore she was still trying to go through her papers. I was like -look my doctor called the doctor here and it is an emergency and the doctor here agreed to see me first thing in the morning.- It was like talking to a wall! The only reason I give 1 star is because of the quality of doctors. Once you get pass these mean people you actually get to be treated by experienced good doctors. read more

Trash. I have been coming here since I was a young girl simply because my parents brought me here. Now, as a grown woman, I refuse to ever rely on their "services" again. The receptionist is rude and doesn't communicate with respect, instead she's impatient and dismissive. The doctor had to be reminded she had patients the day I was in; this caused her patients' time to be wasted. Upon testing my vision, she rushed me through the process. She practically ran out of the room when she was finished. Needless to say, she showed carelessness. When picking my frames for glasses, I was rushed and told to place my choice upon a desk that was messy and FULL OF OTHER FRAMES. The woman in charge of placing orders for glasses walked out of the room as I was attempting to communicate with her. I had to go and find her to show and tell her what I had chosen. She dismissively said, "Okay, that's it you're done." Weeks later, when I called the office asking about the arrival of my glasses, the woman in charge of the order lied about calling me and my inbox being full. My voicemail-inbox was and is not full. I even double checked my calls; I never got a single call from her. When I asked her how long ago the glasses had arrived, she told me, "I dunno..a few weeks ago?" I let it all go and showed up to pick my glasses up. THEY WERE MADE OF THE WRONG FUCKING FRAMES!!! When addressing the woman who was in charge of the order (the same woman who walked out on me upon choosing my frames and lied to me about calling me), she simply shrugged her shoulders as if it wasn't her problem. When I showed her the option I had actually chosen, she hit me with, "Okay. You are done now." She never apologized for her careless mistake and she followed me out of her office into the main lobby of Eye Surgeons SC to ensure I was out of there. I don't know what was said about me upon my exit, I just know she was on her way to the back room that all of the employees like to stand in while chatting during work hours. These individuals are very unprofessional, impatient, and careless. I've found a new eye doctor, but I will never forget the way I was treated while I was still stupid enough to be a patient of Eye Surgeons SC. Fuck this place- take it off your list of interests/doctors' offices/etc. You'll be glad you went elsewhere. read more

I would give this place 0 stars if i could!!!!! First off I had an eye infection, I show up and stand there as the three receptionists clearly notice me but decide to ignore me! They continue talking as I stand there. One Super blonde and another two old ladies. All European. Two were sitting and one was standing. They seemed to look as if they were at some social club speaking away in their language. No one decided to look at me or say anything until a good 40 seconds went by. All three clearly saw me standing there when I entered! I waited for a good 30 min before the doctor was able to see me, when the office was empty!!! And to top it off he just looks at my eye and tells me what I already know to cure my eye. He says to warm compress my eye 4-6 times a day. I told him,i 've been doing that.. And he said just continue. I have no insurance btw and for just looking at my eye for 2 min and telling me what I already knew, they charged me $150!!!!!! DON'T GO HERE!!! SELFISH AND RUDE PEOPLE WITH NO HOSPITALITY!!! read more
