How do I describe Dr. Michael Shao: young, intelligent, compassionate…read more I had surgery back in October of 2016, Dr. Shao had performed a fistula gram on my left arm and did a great job. To this day, I have never had a problem with my fistula. After surgery, he gave me his personal cell number and told me that if I ever had issues with my fistula, to call him a.s.a.p. The techs at my dialysis center had issues with my fistula and wanted me to go to a clinic to have it serviced, Dr. Shao insisted that if this came up to call him. He has a great staff of doctors and nurses to help with these issues. Twice I had to see them only to find out that I did not need my fistula serviced. Thank god too because it is a painful procedure. Bottom line: Dr. Michael Shao cares about his patients, his work and what occurs after surgery. I would recommend him to everyone.

Dr. Roque was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable about all the potential troubles I might face in Peru. I was truly amazed at his breadth of knowledge and his willingness to sit down for 20 or 30 minutes and explain everything to me. I am Surprised about the negative reviews…read more Dr. Nissan is the nicest physician I ever had. I went in for a fractured nose. He was very patient and listened for everything I had to say and answered every question I had. Besides that he took the time to check for other problems, (deviated septum, hearing problems and tests). I had a surgery 6/5/2015 everything went as planned. Its been a week and a half after my surgery and I can breath way better than I did my whole life. The swelling is going away day by day and my breathing gets better every day. IMPORTANT I have been to his office many times. Sometimes the wait time is really short and sometimes long. But in my opinion this is because he really takes time with his patients. Just don't be afraid to ask questions. Ask as many question as you can. I always leave his office very satisfied.

I've been experiencing increasing pressure on the left side of my face and constant congestion, only on the one side. My ear get clogged up and I can't hear properly. He looks up my nose and tells me there is no reason for these things to be happening... that's it. So, what, it's just my imagination? He over-books and takes Medicaid, so what happens when we put two and two together? We have a doctor who is looking only for the payout. He doesn't seem to care at all about people, only the profit he can make off of them.
