Starsiak didnt do any kind of x rays, scans, or measurements, nor did he prescribe any drugs, which is great. I am not one for allopathic modalities such as scans, drugs, surgeries, etc. But Starsiak did not administer anything meaningful either, such as physical adjustments nor prescribing exercises and techniques. What he did was basically laid hands on me for about 45 minutes, and then gas lit me on what he thought was the root of my issues. He parroted back to me what i had already told him during the evaluation phase, but he added a layer of osteopathic jargon to the parroting, maybe to give an air of legitimacy. The ambiance of the office is nice - - because I will say that the decor of the office and examination room are very comforting and conducive to relaxation. But from my experience, he is not psychic nor does he have special healing powers. I chose Starsiak in the first place because i had read such good reviews about him. So I gave Starsiak a shot, but sadly it was a total waste of money and time and his services are not cheap . I should blame myself for the lack of results because I apparently do not have a strong enough self healing imagination. Or maybe the guy just did not like me personally when he met me, so he decided to not grace me with his special healing powers? But he did accept my payment for services so I don't know, it is just a mystery to me why there are so many positive reviews from various individuals opining that Starsiak is a legit healer. I advise anyone that has cranial or musculoskeletal issues to get physical therapy from a PRI practitioner (Physical Restoration Institute). PRI is the future of physical therapy. I have tried all kinds of stuff over the past 30 years, and PRI is the way to go. But there are no PRI practitioners in Indianapolis because the modality is fairly young, and was founded only about 40 years. The nearest ones are in Chicago, Louisville, and Cincinnati.

He performs fluoroscopically and ultra-sound guided procedures for pain and spasticity. He is located at the IU Neuroscience Center directly facing W. 16th Street. This large glass building is very easy to find, and a parking garage is attached to the Neuroscience Center (ticket not validated). Patients can be dropped off by the main lobby with wheelchairs available by the information desk. The staff at the desk are super friendly and helpful. The doctor is personable and well-spoken, explains the process well, and has a visual aid, plus he answered all my questions. I do wish I had taken a few notes to remember medication given and some of the other details, but I have an appointment in a couple of weeks. During the procedure, he explains first what he is about to do. I love that so I can prepare myself. Dr. Morrow was great about controlling the pain and checked often on me. Most of what I felt was pressure when injecting the medication. This was my second procedure to resolve another area in my spine. I am still anxious but no longer fearful as I was during the first procedure. I worry slightly of the complications that could occur, but I feel it is worth the risks. Dr. Ramsey-Morrow and his team have earned my trust. After two procedures, I truly believe he is a dedicated and skillful physician who acknowledges each patient as an individual. I didn't feel as if I was in an assembly line but his only patient. The area of my spine addressed is already showing signs of improvement. In the end, after many many hours of hard work from her staff, and many many faxes later, I was able to get the bill dramatically reduced. I brought them flowers to show my gratitude. Its not every clinic that provides such quality of care! They all went the extra mile and that doesn't go unnoticed!
