The British School of Osteopathy can never get to the bottom of my compaint so i was told about Matthew. After having seen many physio's, chiropractors, personal trainers, and massage therapists along with some more untraditional therapies I found myself on the Reform and Renew website, to start off with the website itself was the best laid out and most informative that I had looked at. This encouraged me to try R&R. I got in for my initial consulatation very quickly, Abi stayed on so I could come after the dinner routine I have for my kids. During my first session Abi tested out my back and made her diagnosis quickly and efficiently but what I couldnt believe was some of the things she assessed that no one had looked at before. This seemed an encouraging sign. I got home that evening feeling better and also much more informed and positive about my pain.
