I've tried various other practitioners as my work quite often takes me away from the UK and Fiona's practice; I have not found anyone else that compares to Fiona. She has helped me with combating reconstructive knee surgery, grief & depression. I obviously rate Fiona as I travel 60 miles for a treatment at least once a month and have recommended her to numerous family and friends. The system of acupuncture Fiona uses is customised specifically to treat the patient and is not the formulaic version often found in the high street clinics or used by National Health professionals. this is the "Classic" system of Chinese accupuncture.

Janie reduced my joint pain by 90% in just one session! I have an arthritic hip and knee and…read moreendured this past year in constant pain walking with a limp. I saw various professionals in 2017 (incl. doctor, physiotherapist, chiropractor) with no lasting improvement. Janie really makes a difference! She is kind, experienced and intuitive in her work. As an osteopath, she had to advise me to consider a hip and knee replacement, yet equally respects my wish to avoid surgery. Working with me on this, she made a monthly treatment plan supported with daily specific exercises. In addition, she is a trained Cranio-sacral practitioner (gentle hands-on treatment, a form of deep tissue healing) which has a powerful effect on me. Janie moved to beautiful Eastbourne just 2 years ago and has (I believe ) a promising career here. A gifted Osteopath, I can only recommend her highly. With best wishes, Lisa. (January 2018)

Since working with Caroline I have been more motivated to prioritise things and stop procrastinating, the change has been dramatic and I no longer worry about things that I no longer have control over. The key thing that has changes for me is my thinking about 'business success' and to realise that I have all the skills I need already so as a result my own self esteem has improved. I will continue to work with Caroline whenever i feel the need. As a hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner she fully understands the way the mind and emotions work and is a pleasure to work with Wendy

If your own GP is full, off that day etc you can be seen by another unless you would rather wait to see your own at the next available opertunity, which is perfectly acceptable to the receptionists. There is a chemist next door to the practice which is very convenient. They also run a family planning clinic once a week and a couple of other more specialised clinics on a weekly basis - possibly a diabetes one. They have several practise nurses too, who are excellent - friendly yet professional. Appointment times are very well kept to, with my longest wait ever being a paltry ten minutes. I can't praise this place enough. There is plenty of free parking too.

I immediately felt really at ease in Denise's company and found her warm and down-to-earth approach really appealing. We focused the first few treatments on boosting my energy levels, and I found that not only did I have more physical energy, but I also felt much more creative and inspired in my work. Friends and family noticed that my eyes and skin became brighter and my mind sharper, which were added benefits! Since then I've been having regular treatments but I've recently needed less as my strength returns. The abdominal pain I had from the PCOS has lessened considerably too and I feel much more positive about life in general. I find acupuncture hugely restorative and I would highly recommened going for treatment with Denise!

I'm a parent carer and I've been very busy looking after my disabled child and other children, and not taken very good care of myself. Determined to change this, I booked an appointment with Deborah and have just had a really nurturing treatment. I'm already feeling calmer and more 'together' and I know that this will grow over the coming days. I'm also looking forward to a great night's sleep (as long as my son got the memo!). If you need help to feel more energised, relaxed and 'joined up' then I would definitely recommend Anahata

My mother suggested I try out this avenue after continual migraines persisted. I would have preferred a Shiatsu massage or even a hot stones massages but it was to be acupuncture. Being a pin cushion wasn't as painful as you would think and Jean was kind and caring with the treatment, which cost £25. She also said that any follow up session would be a further £15 each. It's a strange and interesting process shrouded in history, we'll see what comes of it.
