This encouraged me to try R&R. I got in for my initial consulatation very quickly, Abi stayed on so I could come after the dinner routine I have for my kids. During my first session Abi tested out my back and made her diagnosis quickly and efficiently but what I couldnt believe was some of the things she assessed that no one had looked at before. This seemed an encouraging sign. I got home that evening feeling better and also much more informed and positive about my pain. Over the next few weeks after seeing Abi I felt better and better and the time between my treatments extended. I couldn't be more pleased and just last week I started StretchFIT with Abi again and I really felt the benefits. I know this bit will take some time but now I can understand that all of us need to look after ourselves better then we do! Until I…read morestarted going to this practice, I always had a slight problem - not major, but never really sorted for long. This practice does charge around twice as much as others in the area - about £60 per treatment. However I always need one or two treatments and my problem is fixed for at least a year, whereas before I would have 6 or 7 treatments and get to a stage where I could cope for 6 months before going back again. This therefore works out more ecenomical in the long run. They are extremely well trained at this practice and take their time with you - often throwing in a free massage to help free up muscles etc. A nice friendly atmosphere - they don't take cards tho - only cash or cheque , often they have emergency appointments available if you phone first thing in the morning.
