I started going to Mark just over a month ago after experiencing severe lower and mid back pain since surgery stomach and bowel surgery in 2009 which left me with a screw in my hip. the initial assessment was very thorough and Mark explained what he had found in a way that was easy to understand. I'm a runner and have taken part in competitions from the age of 10 to into my 40's when I competed in the National masters athletic competition. I am therefore very conscious of looking after my body and trying to make sure it functions efficiently.
