I was seen by a sweet Doctor that (although clearly busy and slightly rushed) was attentive. Overall a pleasant experience (as much as visiting and Emergency room can be).

I have been with this surgery for more years than I care to remember. The waiting room is quite…read morespacious and there is room for kids to move around. They have books and magazines, and some toys for the kids. My kids actually enjoy going to the waiting room. Getting an appointment is quite easy and you can book on the internet which is very handy. I have seen most of the Dr's in the surgery and there was only one that I disliked and would not see again. He was a locum and I don't think he is there anymore. There is often a wait for seeing the dr's but I always find the nurses to be very prompt.
