They have good prices for a nice quick massage. It is a nice and spacious facility. However during the massage I told her I wanted strong pressure and it felt like she was just rubbing me. So I reminded her I wanted a harder massage and she went hard for about 5 minutes and then back to the normal pressure. I didn't want to keep asking her, so I just left it alone. They also have a sauna, which is amazing. I told them the day before I wanted to use the sauna afterwards. And thus, I had to remind them again I wanted to use it and it wasn't on. So they turned it on, but it takes about 10 minutes to heat up and which they used my complimentary 30 minutes to heat the sauna up. So basically I only had the sauna for 20 minutes. But all in all, if you need a last minute appointment, this place isn't too shabby. Just expect to not get exactly what you want.

She analysed my skin and gave me very useful advice. I visited another two times and was very happy with the service. The staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the last time I visited I received terrible service. The beautician ,whose name I didn't find out because she barely spoke to me throughout the whole 40 minutes, was quite rude. The only time she spoke to me was to guide me to the room, ask me to lie down and to take my payment. She asked no questions about my skin and made no attempts to me feel relaxed. As I said I do not know her name but she is an older, eastern european woman. I will go back to the salon but will just make sure I do not get treated by her. Take my advice go to the salon but avoid this terrible beautician.

I had previously visited to get a wax treatment and was really happy with the service I received that I booked in for a massage a couple of weeks later.however the service was nowhere near as good. I booked in for an hour massage and it started 10 minutes late which I didn't mind as I wasn't in a rush , however I could feel that the masseur was in a rush and when I checked the time when I had finished changing afterwards I had only received 45 minutes! I think her next client was outside and she may have been keen to get started on time but this wasn't good enough as my treatment shouldn't be cut short. She spent hardly anytime on my back and if she had asked beforehand she would have known that this was my problem area (as it is for many people). I'm also studying massage at the moment and no checks were done beforehand to check for any contraindications. Although I knew I didn't have any I thought it was very unprofessional that they didn't check. I wouldn't return here for a massage and will be returning to other treatment rooms I used before. Although it will be further from home, I'll know that I receive a better service. I would probably only go back for waxing but that would be as a last resort.

Having recently moved, I had to leave my regular and much trusted doctors surgery and register at the Kingfisher Medical Centre which is in my new catchment area. On going in to register, I found the receptionist to be very abrupt and rude and was quite taken aback at this as the surgery was empty and it didn't seem as though she was under pressure. On the positive side, the doctors are good and very efficient which is the important factor. I was just very disappointed at the first impression as her manner was simply unacceptable and detracts from what is a medically, a very good surgery.

I was extremely sick over my winter reading week. It was the christmas eve and I was coughing up a…read morestorm. Unsure about what to do because I'm from the US, I called around to see where to go. Eventually I was told to try Lister Primary Care Centre. It's easy to get to this location, I took the bus. I went to the centre and since it was early in the morning after approximately 30 minutes I was seen by a nurse practitioner. She took my temperature and listened to my heart, lungs, etc. She wasn't very thorough but sent me off with some weak antibiotics. They worked! But, stupidly I went out for New Years and got sick again. I will go again because I stil don't have a Primary care doctor.
