She analysed my skin and gave me very useful advice. I visited another two times and was very happy with the service. The staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the last time I visited I received terrible service. The beautician ,whose name I didn't find out because she barely spoke to me throughout the whole 40 minutes, was quite rude. The only time she spoke to me was to guide me to the room, ask me to lie down and to take my payment. She asked no questions about my skin and made no attempts to me feel relaxed. As I said I do not know her name but she is an older, eastern european woman. I will go back to the salon but will just make sure I do not get treated by her. Take my advice go to the salon but avoid this terrible beautician.

Having recently moved, I had to leave my regular and much trusted doctors surgery and register at the Kingfisher Medical Centre which is in my new catchment area. On going in to register, I found the receptionist to be very abrupt and rude and was quite taken aback at this as the surgery was empty and it didn't seem as though she was under pressure. On the positive side, the doctors are good and very efficient which is the important factor. I was just very disappointed at the first impression as her manner was simply unacceptable and detracts from what is a medically, a very good surgery.

I was extremely sick over my winter reading week. It was the christmas eve and I was coughing up a…read morestorm. Unsure about what to do because I'm from the US, I called around to see where to go. Eventually I was told to try Lister Primary Care Centre. It's easy to get to this location, I took the bus. I went to the centre and since it was early in the morning after approximately 30 minutes I was seen by a nurse practitioner. She took my temperature and listened to my heart, lungs, etc. She wasn't very thorough but sent me off with some weak antibiotics. They worked! But, stupidly I went out for New Years and got sick again. I will go again because I stil don't have a Primary care doctor.
