I…read morehad been thinking about it because I had lost and gained a lot of weight and the difference in my breast size was becoming more noticeable (especially to me, although it felt like everybody else noticed too!) It was more or less 2 breast sizes difference between the two. I found Mr Maisam Fazel online and was so impressed by the reviews on him and his website (http://www.refreshcosmeticsurgery.com) that I decided that he was the right surgeon for me, even before meeting him! When I first met him, it just reassured me That I was making the right decision. From the onset I felt comfortable and that I could ask any questions needed (although I didn't need to ask many as he was so clear throughout). I finally went for my surgery in August after deciding on 600 & 750 implants. Once that surgery was over, the healing process was as easy as it could be and I was off of painkillers after 5 days. Now that it has been 5 months since surgery, I have never been happier! My breasts are so even and so natural that anybody that didn't know I was having surgery before hasn't even noticed (as I used to cover up so much before anyway!) There is not a bad word I could say about Mr Fazel or the process I went through, pre and post surgery, I only try to thank him for everything!!!

I was rushed by ambulance to the Hillingdon Hospital and was treated for a lung infection that triggered a massive asthma attach. The people were all very kind, but the hospital is in horrible shape.. I was shocked to see the lack of cleanliness and updated modern conveniences. No bathroom in a ward of very sick coughing women. I thought the woman across from me would die before my eyes. I was asked to pay 5,000 dollars within the hour to be treated. (not everyone could do this) I can say that I feel they saved my life...many breathing treatments, IV steroids and strong antibiotics. They did agree to finally give me an CT scan to check for a blood clot. I do understand this is Socialized Medicine, but I really felt sorry for the poor care of the property.. old, not painted and dirty for anyone who had no choice but to be there. I always thought Socialized would be a bit more Equalized for EVERYONE. I do thank you for helping me continue our trip to Greece which we had planned for many years. I am back in the USA and feeling well. Your staff is wonderful, but that hospital needs repair and cleaning especially if you are sending people there from outside your country....it is not a showcase for London. My mother is in ICU at the moment and it is a tough situation for the whole family as we cannot be…read morethere to support her. However, the nursing staff at the Harefield hospital is AMAZING! Even though I cannot be there to look after my mother, I can say for, confidently, that she is being taken care of by the nurses. They are very caring, compassionate, competent, committed and excellent at communication. Even though they are so busy looking after the patients, they take out time to update me whenever I call ( which is a good few times a day) and also arrange a daily video call for me to see my mum. While on the video call, I see them taking care of my mother, as I would, and also placing their hands on my mum's forehead to comfort her as I would do. I want to thank all the nursing staff who are working day in day out to support and look after the patients. I want to mention all the names, but unfortunately, I only remember a few names and I do not know if it will be appropriate to just mention a few names that I remember. BUT THANK YOU SO MUCH for all your hard work. You all are amazing!

This is a tiny hospital in comparison to most, it has a car park which is expensive so bring plenty…read moreof change and it can be a nightmare finding a space at times. When you get in there, everything is signed posted so easy to find. I thought the staff was nice and friendly. The only time I went in, I got dealt with very quick but was annoyed to find my friend had been informed of the details. So someone at the hospital had told her so watch out as confidentiality is not great there and they did not do anything about my complaint. They keep closing departments down in this hospital so might find sooner or later it closes for good, the nearest hospital after this is much better but of course 20 minutes further.

For a hospital, Mount Vernon isn't bad at all. Just ignore the dilapidated…read morehorror-movie-old-hospital that's languishing to the side. The actual building the hospital is in is fairly modern, clean and generally not busy. There's no A&E but they do have a minor injuries unit, plus the normal outpatients department for visits with consultants. It's twinned with Hillingdon Hospital so between the two sites, they can deal with whatever ails you. Today my visit was to the Minor Injuries Unit, and while the wait was three hours, and I swear people who got in after me were seen first (despite there being no prioritisation, supposedly), when I did get seen, the person was helpful and kind and friendly. I have a broken toe, and there's not much to be done for it, but it's all taped now and secure. I apologised for wasting her time and she reassured me that it's what they're there for and was ever so kind. I'd definitely go back if I needed to without hesitation (but take a friend, a book, a phone, a battery pack - you might be in for a long wait!)

It used to be 'almost good' but it always had rude receptionists. Now after the lockdown, they…read morenever, ever, answer their phones. They forced people to do everything online, but queries are poorly answered. As per example you requesting a medicine to help a poor child and their reply is to check with the chemist for any out of counter medicine available. No consultations and, if you are really lucky, you get a phone call from the doctor. If you have any medicine prescribed by the specialists they will ask you to find them at the hospital to get a review when they are the ones supposed to write to the specialists and ask. The phlebotomist is amazingly great. The main doctor is also good but the rest are really poor. Like this they better close down. Terrible.

Have never not been able to get in on the same day in the almost 2 years I've been with this…read morepractice. Called a few weeks ago at 8am for my son and we were in at 10.30am same day. Called today at 12 and was in at 2.30pm. Also have never known them run more than 10 minutes late. Doctors take the time (even though it's limited to ten minute slots) to understand your issue, and their communication with follow on doctors in both private and NHS has been v satisfactory.
