Unfortunately, my daughter's nose stud fell out twice, and I developed a piercing bump. While neither situation was ideal, I understand these things can happen. When the bump appeared, the piercer recommended a NoPull disc to help it heal and asked me to return in two weeks to have it removed. I followed the aftercare instructions, but unfortunately, the NoPull disc didn't work for me. In fact, it seemed to make the bump worse, which surprised both me and the piercer. We had expected to see some improvement after two weeks, but there wasn't any. Two weeks after having the NoPull disc removed, my daughter and I returned because her piercing had fallen out again. While we were there, I also asked if someone could take another look at my piercing and see whether changing the jewelry might help. That's when Tee stepped in, and she was absolutely amazing. She carefully assessed the piercing and recommended switching to a longer bar so it wouldn't sit directly against the bump. As soon as she changed it, I could immediately feel the difference. The piercing was much more comfortable, and it finally felt like it had the room it needed to heal. I truly appreciated Tee's exceptional customer service and expertise. Despite the few bumps along the way, everyone has been professional, kind, and genuinely committed to helping us. I can't recommend this place enough. Their professionalism, courtesy, and dedication to customer care have made every visit a positive experience.

I already had an infection from a botched job somewhere else plus a not so smart er doctor my nipple where Swollen, angry, red as hell--I thought I'd have to rip them out myself. We were handed over to the piercers and one asked the other "Do you want her or do you want me to take her?" the other responded "I don't care". At this point I'm don't really feel like a valued customer, I'm just whatever to them. Not one person said hello to me, introduced themself, or even asked me my name. The whole process felt like I was being rushed and they wanted me in and out very quickly (despite no other customers in the shop). I was moved to the small room in the back and every question I asked felt like I was bothering the piercer, giving me short answers instead of helping me to make a decision. The jewelry did not seem properly sterilized, just quickly sprayed down, no autoclave machine. I did not even see the piercer wash her hands. With the unfriendly and unprofessional staff, hot and stuffy room, the piercer's baby crying in the small shop, and unclean practices I chose to leave. I did have to pay $20 because the piercer said she already opened the needle (which was opened before selecting jewelry and marking). Not complaining because I understand those are her supplies, but I wish she waited until she saw that I was ready and comfortable. Then he pierced it without a clamp and since my pain tolerance is VERY LOW he said "instead of counting down, I'm just gonna do it!" Worked like a charm because the paint was legit 3 out of 10 and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Oh and most piercings are $25!!!!! I was expecting $150 since I paid $180 in a Berkeley for a double helix (upper ear piercing for those who aren't familiar with it).
