Both Isaiah and Manaia were incredibly helpful in making sure the placement was perfect. This place is a joke! I have been in many times in the past for a long time, as they were the only…read morehead shop in the town of Napa. First off these guys are too fu*ckin stoned all the time to get off their butts and help you when you need it. When you do finally get someone to help you, they are just not knowlegeable! I used to sell blown glass, so I have an idea of what I am talking about (not an expert but not a novice either), and it really discourages me when I know more than an employee does. When you walk back to the area of the shop with the pipes, and other smoking devices, you are bombared by pornography and sex toys. Then when you do finally make you way past midget porn and dildos to the pipes, they are extremely overpriced and the selection blows! 95% of their selection is import glass (meaning they probably bought it online for less than $2 a pipe for crap glass) which a lot of the time must have holes drilled into them upon arrival. When this happens, it jeopardizes the structure of the glass and can leave toxic glass dust in the pipe when inhaling. Their cheapest "decent" pipes start at around $35! That is absurd, when I can go to a headshop down the street (as there are now 3 in Napa) and get the same pipe for around $17. Basically, if you want decent customer service, experienced staff, and good prices for decent product, DO NOT GO HERE!!
