David is an exceptional trainer. If you're evaluating Oss Life, I highly encourage you to book a first session and see for yourself. For starters, David is so calm and respectful. He pushes me in a way that is encouraging and not intimidating. He's enjoyable to spend an hour with and is just so incredibly intelligent. This isn't a person who took a course online or at a local chain gym and calls himself a trainer. David studied science, and it shows in how he frames his workouts and his thinking. When it comes to the workouts, God he kills me -- in a good way of course. It's amazing how much ass he can kick in an hour. He uses our time together efficiently and provides me plans for when I'm working out on my own. I've only been working with him for a short time and the difference in how I look and feel is incredible.
