I've been working with Zach for about 6 months now, and I'm so thankful I found him. Training with Zach feels less like a typical gym session and more like spending time with a supportive buddy who happens to be an expert in fitness who pushes me to my limits. Zach is able to find a balance to ensure that every session is not only challenging but also incredibly rewarding. That balance is crucial. Also fwiw, I was recently diagnosed with an autoimmune disease (multiple sclerosis) so working with a trainer who can adapt and modify workouts for me has been extra important. I highly recommend giving him a shot if you're looking for a personal trainer in the area. You definitely won't regret it. read more

I was referred to Zach through a friend. I was interested in improving my posture and relieving chronic back and neck pain. Since I started working with Zach I've noticed huge improvements in my posture, range of motion and confidence. Zach has the perfect balance of knowledge, professionalism and vested interest in his clients. I highly recommend him! read more

I had a wonderful experience working with Zach and strongly recommend him to anyone who wants to have a better relationship with food and their bodies. I have worked with many other nutritionists in the past; however, Zach's advice has been by far the most helpful to me in reaching and maintaining my physical goals. He helped me better manage my macros in a way that makes sense and is easy to follow. He is personable, professional and empathetic. During each session, Zach worked with me on figuring out which foods would most efficiently help me maintain my leanness but also put on lean muscle. He was very knowledgeable regarding the biology and science behind the effects of foods on my body. read more

Zach transformed my body and mind during the time I worked with him. Prior to Zach, my relationship to working out could be compared to someone with a fear of the dentist. I avoided it. I didn't want to face my own shortcomings in my commitment to physical fitness or my relationship with food. From my first call with Zach I knew he was the right person for me. He listened to my questions and concerns. He was extremely encouraging and made me excited about working out. He taught me the skills I needed to feel confident when working out. For the first time in my life, I finally understood how to build on my efforts and progress in my fitness journey. Zach also taught me more about how to eat the right foods, when to indulge and when to scale it back. Truly cannot recommend him enough. I've had to cut back on sessions since I started going back to the office full time but the good habits have stuck! read more

I went to Zach for his biomechanics help as I have a tilted pelvis, difficulty breathing into my right side, and a number of imbalances. He was very patient and attentive in listening to all of my sports history as well as how I experience my body. Then we tried several exercises to see which ones helped, and amazingly, some helped immediately. He was great in providing modifications and working around my limitations given that I have cartilage damage in my right ankle. He is the only professional whose conceptualization of what might be going on with my body actually aligns with how I experience living in my body. I feel like most doctors, PTs and other trainers will tell you a textbook "one size fits all" answer for any physical issues but Zach customizes his approach to only you and the current state of your body. He figures things out WITH you instead of telling you what is supposed to be the case for an average/generic body. If you're looking for a biomechanics guy, Zach is definitely your man. read more

Zach has been been my trainer for over 10 years. He's innately curious to learn as much as he can about me as a client, my goals, my fears, and my pacing in working out again since Covid. He has VASTLY increased the knowledge that he understands about the human body, mobility, and how to safely and effectively get me back on track. read more

Five years ago, after a lifetime of competitive distance running, I began to experience debilitating pain in my neck and hip after running. My physical therapist referred me to Zach to build a strength program that would help me build up my shoulders, core and hips to mitigate my pain. And that's just what Zach did. Thanks to his expertise, I've enjoyed years of pain-free running. But I gained more than that through my work with Zach. Because of his programs, I've found that I enjoy strength training almost as much as running, and (with Zach's help) I've set and begun to achieve new strength goals that have little to do with running. Having worked with several other personal trainers, I can say that Zach has to be one of the best in New York. He's professional, knowledgable and motivating. He's also been flexible with me, as someone who can't afford regular sessions, creating programs I can follow on my own. read more

After gaining weight over Covid and never really finding a training program that stuck on my own, I started the search for a trainer. Zach has been the perfect fit for me. He started with a physical assessment to determine the best exercises to increase my mobility and strength, and he monitors progress and modifies the program as necessary. He's the right mix of motivation, encouragement, discipline and humor to get me to the gym and see results. I've now started working on nutrition with him as well, and he's just as much of an expert when it comes to food as he is to exercise. He always has helpful advice that is easy to implement. Zach is the real deal, and I've been thrilled with the progress that I've made with him. Best trainer in NYC! read more

I chose Zach after searching extensively for coaching to help me restart weight training safely (after a decade-long hiatus). Zach shared many exercises designed to realign and stabalize, while working around and with old injuries. Since working with Zach; my strength, stability and stamina have improved noticeably. We've now moved beyond the initial positioning and mobility work to increasing intensity of weight training - resulting in me feeling like myself again in terms of mental, physical and emotional strength. I have already recommended Zach to several friends and colleages. read more

As someone who has spent a lot of time in gyms and with personal trainers due to being a high school and college athlete, I am pretty opinionated about trainers and training plans. I think after working with Zach I will now be even pickier... I started working with Zach in July of 2019. I had found a few trainers who looked good online and sat down with a few of them. A lot of them wanted me to do pricey body scans or showed me programs that just seemed too one-size-fits-all. When I met with Zach for a consultation he sat with me for an hour and asked me a lot of questions and took very detailed notes on my previous history, my strengths & weaknesses, as well as the areas of improvement I hoped to work on. I quickly scheduled my first session after having such a positive consultation and was not disappointed. I could tell very quickly he had listened to everything I had said and worked on building me a unique program that met my needs and exceeded my expectations. While I came in with prior athletic experience, I was not as versed in weight lifting. Zach and I worked a lot on my form, to begin with, and once that was set we quickly escalated the weights. Over the course of the first 3 months we worked together, I saw a dramatic improvement in my strength. I more than doubled what I was lifting for my upper body and was doing things in the gym I never thought I would be able to do in a million years with confidence and ease. Not only was Zach an amazing trainer and teacher while I was with him, but I was also able to easily translate what I had learned with him into my practice. Not only was Zach a great trainer but also an extremely kind, friendly, and relaxing person to be around. I always looked forward to my sessions with him and always left feeling physically stronger and mentally more at ease. read more

If you are even thinking about working with Zach - this is your sign to do it!! Zach is an incredible teacher, trainer, and overall person. He is so knowledgable in what he does, and most importantly, excellent in his ability to transmit that knowledge to his students. I have been lifting for about a year and wanting to work one-on-one with a personal trainer to refine my lifting technique and answer some questions that I had. I worked with Zach for a few months on a weekly basis, and am walking away with a more profound knowledge of lifting, exercise, and how my body works. Zach does many things extremely well. Firstly, he is excellent at identifying improvements to make in your form, tailored to your body and your frame. He is also very good at teaching - not only about the physical aspects of working out, but also about tips about maintaining a positive mindset towards exercise. I am very curious, and Zach was so patient in answering every single one of the questions that I fired at him. Finally, he is just a good person, which made spending the hour of training with him always enjoyable! Whether you are a complete beginner or an advanced lifter, I know that working with Zach would be such a rewarding experience, and I can't say enough good things about him. read more

He is caring and pays attention. I was suffering from, an injury and Zac made sure the exercises we did would improve the situation I was in. A great guy. read more

I began training with Zach over 3 years ago and will say without hesitation that Zach is truly a world-class trainer. Zach has always taken a holistic approach to my program and right from the start he helped me set challenging, but realistic goals. As I have progressed throughout my years of working with Zach, he has tracked my progress, worked with me to continuously reassess my goals, and made many alterations to my exercise routines to keep me progressing forward. As a motivator and teacher, Zach is absolutely top notch. Yes Zach is tough, but he is fair. He knows how to push me to my limit and then just when I think I'm spent, push me a little further so we make sure I get the most out of my workouts, but he does so without pushing me too far so that I leave feeling weak or exhausted. Over this past year I have gotten to know the rest of the Union Fitness staff and they all work closely with their clients to develop a total fitness plan; one that will improve your physical health and fitness, and your general feelings of well-being. When they develop your program, the team takes into account your lifestyle, family situation, work situation, and they pay very close attention to your diet. Personally I am amazed in how different I look, feel, and respond to the pressures of everyday life since I've began working with Zach. I highly recommend Zach and the rest of the Union Fitness team if you are looking for a personal trainer! read more

If you're looking for a thoughtful, kind, well-educated, and a trainer who listens carefully to the client's needs - Zach is your guy! I highly recommend him. I have bad knees and therefore have some exercise limitations, but he found interesting and useful exercises that work well for me. He's also an encouraging trainer - i enjoyed my training sessions and learned a lot from him. I also like that he takes his time to review food logs and give constructive feedback. He has a holistic approach to fitness. In addition to that, the gym he is currently using to train his clients is very clean and follows the protocol set in place due to the pandemic - I felt safe to train in person. I will definitely train with him when I return to nyc read more

I trained with Zach 2-3 times per week for more than 1.5 years, including the majority of the worst part of the pandemic in New York City. Zach is knowledgeable, generous, and extremely effective. During our time together, I lost weight and gained muscle, hitting all of my goals and exceeding many.. What I enjoyed most about our time together was the deep level of background knowledge Zach brought to our sessions. He would explain why we were doing a specific exercise, which muscle groups it targeted, and would even go into details about the physiological rationale for his choices. While this resonated with me--I"m a huge nerd--I know that he tailors his style to his specific client's needs and desires. Full disclosure, Zach and I became close friends during our training sessions, so I am biased, but I can tell you that his professionalism, and sincere desire to help his clients reach their goals and keep up their routines and progress are qualities that will benefit any client. I have since moved out of the city and one of the things I miss are the hilarious, random, and sometimes incredibly introspective, conversations we had. Not only did they make the tough sessions go by faster, they also helped me through the stress of the world around me during those hard times. I miss working with Zach. You should hire him. read more

I am sure that they are plenty of fitness trainers with strong professional backgrounds out there, but I bet very few of them are as good at listening to customer's demands as Zach does. Zach has a lot of certifications, which prove his qualification. But, his ability to connect really make him stand out from the rest. After all, fitness is not about movements. It is about self -improvement. It is about how do you want yourself to look like when you are standing in front of the mirror three months later. Some guys might want to build big shoulders. Some ladies might like to have thinner legs. Zach really hears them all. He will give you a program base on what YOU need 100%, and his teaching doesn't stop at the end of your sessions. He really cares about how you progress as an individual, which I really appreciate. I bet everybody would appreciate having a trainer like him! read more

I'm back with Zach () after a brief hiatus. Located at a beautiful new gym SportsLab at Madison and 41. He's a great guy, fun to work out with....as a "woman of a certain age" he understands my goals: to build strength so as to help me age more gracefully. He knows my strengths and my limitations and ensures appropriate exercise alignment and posture. He's also interesting to chat with...always a sideline of doing those all those reps...... read more

Life changing! I'm very picky about instructors/trainers as many do come off harsh and Zach is the complete opposite. He absolutely pushes, but never puts down, very compassionate. Incredibly helpful in and out of the studio with nutrition and fitness even sleep advice which is great especially for someone who didn't have a lot of experience coming into this. Worked muscles I've never used and addressed issues that I never would have on my own. I can't believe what I was doing at our first session compared to now, I do feel very accomplished thanks to him. In addition, I was able to lose 20+ pounds and now look similar to pre-pregnancy under his guidance. read more

Simply put: Zach is the real deal. Whether you are a beginner or not he will always have something to contribute to your own goals and knowledge. The first thing that immediately caught my attention was Zach's ability to listen and apply your goals to the program that he designs for you. In my experience, most trainers conform to what works best for them, but Zach's vast knowledge and resources make it easy to apply a workout/diet program that is best suited for you while aligning with your goals. Personally, I started my journey with Zach by transforming my diet and going through various stages of developing and learning how to pick the right kinds of foods and what to avoid. Through this initial process, I was able to learn a lot, and Zach makes this incredibly easy by providing resources that help to make the intricacies of dieting easy to understand. In the beginning, I started with tracking macros to really understand the numbers behind what I ate. I know for many, this process is time-consuming and a bit annoying, but that is only temporary. Zach's strategy allows you to eventually learn how to identify certain foods and portions sizes without having to track macros. I found that when I reached this stage, eating healthy didn't include the stress of tracking macros. With Zach's guidance, I became able to know which foods were good and bad and how much to eat based on my own goals. Most importantly when it comes to dieting, Zach makes it clear that perfection is not practical. Not only do I find myself more knowledgeable in what I eat today, but also more comfortable. More recently I began engaging with Zach through in-person workouts at the gym. Zach began by asking me about my life, how much time I have, what I want to accomplish with these workouts, and what my long-term goals were. I found this to be one of the most significant aspects in regards to my experience with Zach. His ability to cater a workout program that works with, and doesn't disrupt, your daily routine made my experience with him that much better. I feel as though some worry about the impact that a new routine (such as working out) can do on one's life, but Zach is all about finding ways to circumvent those worries and propose a plan that works best for you. Going to the gym before was often very stressful for me because I was clueless as to what I should do, how often, and to what intensity. Today, with Zach's help I feel more confident every time I step into the gym and I attribute that to my time spent with Zach learning and engaging in our workout plan. Another aspect I would like to touch on is Zach's communication. Personally, when it comes to having a trainer, communication is very important to me. I ask a lot of questions, and Zach, despite how many I ask, is very good at addressing every one of them. In addition, Zach's knowledge shows, and when certain workouts are introduced he ensures that you understand and know the reasons for why he chooses a workout. Training with Zach also isn't just about talking about diet or workouts. Engaging with him about topics other than the gym or dieting is very easy and adds a level of comfort to training with Zach. I think this is important because many high-level trainers may come off as intimidating or serious, but Zach gives the best of both worlds. He provides a high-quality service with a comfortable atmosphere. A final note I want to leave is that if you intend to work with Zach know that he is tough but fair and understanding. Zach knew when and how much to push and challenge me without going too far. There are times where I felt as though I couldn't do another rep, but Zach pushed me and helped show me how much farther I can go. I really do appreciate moments like that because it shows how well Zach gets to know you and how that knowledge helps you learn more about your own abilities and self. Zach is committed to your success and as long as you are too, your experience will be an amazing one. read more

When I first started working with Zach, I had been about 5 years out of college, hadn't been exercising seriously, had been working long hours, and my diet had deteriorated. And even though I was always serious about trying to get back into shape, I ran into blocks in each of my attempts. I had fallen into a habit of working out for a few weeks, making some gains but then stopping for one reason or another, (including aggravating an old knee injury I had picked up at the end of college). Many people reading this can likely relate. Finally, after realizing I was not going to achieve the results I wanted, I began to search for a personal trainer and was introduced to Zach. From the very beginning Zach was able to work around my knee injury and in our first two years of training I lost over 40lbs of fat, put on a substantial amount of muscle, regained my former strength, and significantly lowered my bad cholesterol levels and my resting heart rate. Zach's extensive knowledge of various types of exercise routines kept our sessions fresh and challenging and Zach worked hard with me to find the right fitness and nutrition programs that meshed best with my lifestyle, schedules, and goals. Eventually, with time and Zach's guidance, I was able to retrain myself to eat healthy and maintain my physical activity even when I had to work long hours. Lastly, I think it is important to say that Zach is a very positive and funny guy which makes him a great person to train with. If you are going to be one on one with someone for an hour, it certainly helps to enjoy their company. If you are looking for a personal trainer, I would recommend Zach without any reservation. read more

I was lucky enough to find Zach through a colleague who knew I was looking to make a change in my life. I had always been somewhat overweight (5'4, 160lbs) and in recent years had fluctuated to more than slightly overweight (175lbs). I had never been an active person, never involved in sports, and had barely ever gone to the gym consistently. But I came to a point in my life where I wanted to change all that and I knew that if I had someone to help me, someone to push me, support me, and teach me, that maybe I could finally lose weight and have more stamina. So after failed gym memberships, trying all sorts of "diets," and all of the other things that weren't working, I found Zach. From our first session together, I felt so motivated and encouraged. He never made me feel overwhelmed or pressured; he made me feel empowered, teaching me things I never thought I was capable of doing. I proceeded to see Zach 3-4 times a month (though if I could have afforded it, I would have seen him 2-3 times a week) and in that time he taught me multiple different exercises and routines, always ensuring my safety with each new technique. He also helped me tailor my diet to be more healthy, but at the same time filling and realistic. I faltered a few times here and there with my confidence and with sticking to the new diet, but overall, I felt better than I ever had before. Over the course of 11 months I slowly and healthily lost 35 pounds, gaining muscle mass, strength, and (whether it's cheesy or not to say, its completely true), confidence in myself and my abilities. If you are ready and you are motivated, if you want to change your life for the better, I would absolutely recommend Zach for personal training. He was instrumental in helping me change my life. read more

I've been training with Zach Moore, the founder of Union Fitness NYC, for three years. He is the real deal. I've had trainers off and on in NYC at different gyms (Crunch, Equinox, the YMCA) and Zach is the guy that I'm sticking with. He takes time to learn about my goals and he likes to not only reassess them from time-to-time, but also get feedback on how he's doing as my trainer. Zach always keeps the workouts interesting because he has a wealth of experience training different ages, physiques and for different goals. So no matter what kind of training program you seek, Zach will be able to keep evaluating and revising your program to make sure you achieve your goals. Zach is also a personable guy, but he's no pushover. I've been able to get away with a lot of laziness and wimpy behavior with my other trainers over the years. Zach won't really take any of that. He's as committed to my personal health as I should be - sometimes more-so - and has helped me achieve results that I've never had with any trainer before. If you're looking for real results, I would definitely book sessions with Union Fitness NYC. read more

I first started training with Zach in early 2017. I had been dealing with lingering lower back problems (pinched nerves, herniated discs, sciatica, etc.) for a while and after completing my second round of physical therapy in a year, I was determined to not go back to PT again. As former college football player who tried out in the NFL, I greatly missed being able to do athletic movements without pain, so I decided to check my pride and admit I needed a professional trainer who could help me achieve my goals. More than anything, I wanted a trainer who could help enable me to live a pain-free and active life. The first thing that struck me about Zach was his attention to detail and thoroughness. Before we started our first session, he made sure to fully understand my back problems, to the point where he proactively consulted with my physical therapist. From there he customized a workout regime that started with baby steps to ensure I could build back up a strong base. Over time, the exercises got more complex, the weights got heavier, and the workouts got harder. And the biggest thing is that it's been the longest I've been pain-free in my back since I stopped by football career. Zach is extremely knowledgable when it comes to training. It's also evident that it's something he's very passionate about, which made working with him even better. He's also a lot of fun to speak with, whether it's about family, current events, or sports. I would highly recommend anyone to Zach who is looking to take their training and health up another level. read more

Zach is a wonderful trainer - he is knowledgeable, dedicated, enthusiastic and caring. The workouts were tough, but catered to your goals and featured a mix of new and existing movements / lifts. I really appreciated his focus on form as I think it really helped me target the correct muscles and avoid injury. I also appreciated his guidance on stretching / recovery as it is an important (and often overlooked) part of fitness. In addition to his great skills as a trainer, Zach is also a great person who is kind, funny and family-oriented. He always made training sessions a blast and I looked forward to my workouts every week. I would strongly recommend Zach to anyone - he will help you accomplish your goals and bring a smile to your face! read more

I highly recommend Zach Moore for the simple reason that he actually listens to his clients. He first sits down with you and discusses your goals and comes up with an action plan catered to your objectives. He is technical in his approach and makes you work very hard. In addition, he has a great personality and is a pleasure to train with. He is very responsive and keeps to the schedule which is typically planned on Sundays for the week. read more

I started working with Zach in late 2016 when I realized that between my career, raising two young children, and my extended time away from weight training, I was not going to be able to push myself hard enough (or safely enough) to get back into the type of shape I wanted to be in. Coming from a sports background, I needed someone who could push me hard but who also understood that as a full time professional and mother, I needed my exercise and dietary routines to fit my life and my priorities. As much as I would have loved to go back to training seven days a week and eating perfectly all the time, I knew that was completely unrealistic. After interviewing Zach and doing a free initial consultation, and then an initial training session, I knew Zach was going to be the right fit. Since I started working with Zach I have lost over ten pounds of fat, lost over three inches from my stomach, two inches from my waist, and lost over an inch from each of my legs. I have also gained almost five pounds of muscle which, when combined with my fat loss, have really brought out the tone in my legs and my glutes. (This is exactly what I was looking for!) As a coach, Zach is tough, but fair and trust worthy. He pushes me, but always emphasizes proper form over lifting more weight or doing more reps. By the end of our workouts I'm totally spent, but I never feel like he has pushed me too far. And on the odd day that I just don't have "it" Zach backs off just enough so that I can get through. One thing that really separates Zach from other trainers I have met is that as a nutritionist, Zach is always on me about my eating. He is always following up on what I've eaten, how much I've eaten, and he is always guiding me and pushing me to make better decisions. He has also introduced me to an excellent home meal delivery service which has really helped me and my family get more real, whole foods into our diet. Away from our sessions Zach is very responsive to my emails and texts and he tries the best he can to be flexible with our sessions. And when Zach's schedule gets too full to accommodate any last minute scheduling changes (between work and my children, scheduling can get tough sometimes) Zach has a great trainer, Joe Ferraro, who has helped train me. This has been great as Joe brings an extra set of eyes to my workouts and having a second trainer to work with has made maintaining a flexible training schedule much easier. Overall, I highly recommend Zach and his team to everyone, but especially to working moms who tend to always prioritize themselves last. It took some motivation to get started, but it feels great to have my fitness back! read more

I have been training with Zachary for less than a year, but in that short time, I have seen pronounced and remarkable results. I have been a dedicated athlete in the past but had lost my athletic physique and became quite out of shape. Since working out with Zach, I've dropped my body fat percentage back down to fitness level after just a few months and gained the most muscle mass that I've ever had. My chest in particular is larger than it has ever been. I am now a stellar 188 lbs at 6'0" with low body fat and athletic, muscular physique. I feel good about the way I look and am glad that I have fought off the sloth transformation before it was too late :) read more

I have to admit, Michael Sutton is one of the worst trainers I have ever come across in my life. He pushes you beyond the limit of what you should be safely doing. His techniques injure you, and then he blames you for training improperly. He doesn't understand the body - if you question his knowledge, he is wishy washy with his answers and his only answer to everything is you are weak, you need to build strength. He never checks your form. That's the most important part of training and just pushes you to increase the weight you are lifting. Most recently, I told him I was super sore and tight on my back and shoulders. He worked on it using his elbows and arms putting way too much force, and then proceeded to ask me to do shoulder exercises. Before doing that, i said - are you sure this is the right thing to do, I'm feeling sore and overworked and tight. And he said yes - this can only help you. But the reality was that this has broken me down for the last two weeks to the point where even basic daily activities are painful. I would not recommend this trainer to anyone, please do not use him. Save yourself the trouble and work out with a trainer who is a certified physical therapist or someone who actually knows the body, how it functions, its movements etc. read more

Zach is one of the best trainers I've ever worked with... and I've had quite a few. If you are willing to put in the effort, he'll get you to your goal!!! Most trainers will give you a decent workout in the hour you are with them. However, I feel like I can sign up for a group workout class if that's all I wanted. With private personal trainers, I think you should get much more and Zach provides that. He's a teacher, motivator, dietician and of course, trainer, all in one! He'll help you set goals, tell you what to eat, how to train and keep you on track. He's also relentless because he genuinely wants you to succeed. He puts in a ton of effort and if something doesn't work, he'll work with you to try and try again. As with all training programs, it really comes down to if you want it or not...if you provide the effort, he'll give you all the tools! read more

I've worked with several trainers and Zach's expertise has had the most significant impact on my health, physical condition and overall well being. His approach to whole body fitness is remarkable and sets him apart from other trainers. I'm making this Yelp account because I want to say: GO TRAIN WITH ZACH! I can't recommend Zach highly enough. I came to him after doing PT for a lower back injury. I wanted someone who could teach me correct/safe form for weight lifting, particularly deadlifts and squats because nerves about exacerbating the injury were holding me back at the gym. Zach was the *perfect* person for this, because he could relate from his own experience and he always put safe form first. Because I was on a budget, Zach and I defined my goals and he came up with a plan to help me attain them within the limited number of sessions I could afford. I'm honestly amazed at how he helped me *exceed* my goals in just a few weeks training together. On top of all this Zach is an amazing guy - funny, smart, and easy to talk to - I always looked forward to my hour training with him. I learned so much and he answered every question with a depth of knowledge and nuance. Even after my last session, Zach has checked in with me and helped me stay on track. I'm feeling confident, strong, and best of all my back hasn't had a single problem. Thanks Zach!! read more

I first started training with Zach about one year ago after experiencing frustration with many of the fitness professionals I had previously encountered. Many don't invest in creating programs that provide incremental improvement or will encourage dangerous practices for people new to the personal training world. Zachary Moore Training should be the gold standard for the industry. Zach has a unique and unparalleled skillset created through a confluence of a deep wealth of knowledge, a true passion for safe fitness, and an unwavering dedication toward fully understanding his clients. Zach's educational credentials speak for themselves. He also practices a pursuit of lifelong learning in order to keep fully informed of recent developments within his domain. He uses this impressive knowledge as a base to create uniquely smart, informed, and holistic programs for his clients that incorporate cardio, interval training, strength training, and nutrition. Zach tailors his workouts to best suit your goals and your skillset. He will work with you to safely reach the next level of fitness and conditioning. He always emphasizes correct form so you will never feel uncomfortable or unsafe. Zach also knows when it is appropriate to challenge you without being overbearing so that your training never feels stale or complacent. Additionally, Zach is highly empathetic. He uses this skill to ascertain what is important to you as his client, how and why fitness helps you to achieve your personal goals, and how to best influence you to make continuous progress. He truly takes the time to understand what motivates you and works tirelessly to encourage you in that customized way. The results speak for themselves. One year in, I am the leanest and strongest I have ever been. Routine training with Zach provides incentive for me to exercise on my own so that I can reach the next level during my next session with him. His encouragement has motivated me to make real change to both my daily routine and my dietary habits. Zach is a true professional: he is never late to a session and is quick to respond to emails sent off session. On a personal note, Zach is extremely intelligent, a great conversationalist, and a truly engaging guy. The hour you spend with him will fly by and you will learn something from him every time. He is personable, fun, and has great taste in music. I cannot recommend Zachary Moore Training enough. read more
