Open face smoke salmon sandwich - the sandwich is a generous size and the ingredients are quite fresh. The combination of the ingredient between the smoked salmon, pickled onion and cucumber goes well together with the bread. I wouldn't this is the best sandwich I ever had but its a good sandwich. The 3 potatoes ball are good, warm and creamy. 2. Dutch style Caesar salad - this salad tastes different than the Caesar salad I normally had. They replace the croutons with something that also looks like croutons but tastes about like couscous (I could be wrong). I liked it. The "bacon", it's replaced with some other kind of fried pork belly. It's salt with some nice pork fat, it's guilty food for me but I loved it and goes well with the salad. 3. Mushroom salad - this salad has lots of different little ingredients and makes this salad great. The mustard vinegrette goes well with this salad. I enjoyed the food very much and would visit again but the total cost is about $63 for 3 items and not cheap in my opinion. I should of ask for the itemized receipt because I don't know how much each dish cost. It would be nice for them to provide the itemized receipt without me asking. Considering the good food quality but the price is abit on the high side, I was struggling if giving a 4 or 5 stars. I would want to give 4.5, so I round up to 5 this time

Last time I checked, my chicken shawarma was being roasted fresh on the spitter and didn't have to be warmed up in a microwave. I also get a lot more meat in my wraps, not just a small Tupperware sauce-sized amount. Also, my chicken shawarmas don't usually taste like plastic and limp cheese. I'm super disappointed with this place. The man who served me highly suggested the chicken shawarma, so if this is their best wrap it won't get better than what I tried. I didn't even want to feed my son the chicken or any vegetables from the wrap. I took two bites of it and had to throw it away because it just didn't taste flavourful or fresh at all. The turnip was soggy and not crunchy and the onions tasted rubbery. I love wraps but I won't be coming back here again. This was money wasted IMO.

3.5 stars This place…read morelooks like any other fast food restaurant but their wraps are pretty damn tasty. It also makes a very affordable meal at less than $10 including tax. The ordering process is very similar to a subway, you choose the pita (white or brown), the veggies and the sauces to go on top. The veggies are always fresh and they will stuff plenty of them in your wrap. One thing I was disappointed about was the meat. Unlike other shawarma places where you get fresh rotisserie meat off the spit, the meat here is pre-cooked. However, when I had my souvlaki it all tasted just fine...the chicken was surprisingly moist. They have a few different sauces and those are really delicious! The no-drip wrapping for their pitas is an added bonus to prevent things from getting really messy. What's more to say, they have around 22 different options...about 3-4 of which are vegetarian. They even have breakfast pitas. Oh, and the owner is quite friendly and has a good sense of humour! This will definitely be one my top places for a quick and satisfying bite.

They made big mistake with my order but they were great at owning up to it and showed exemplary service in doing so. They got the grape vine wraps which goes great with fries. I will go back just for this. Keep in mind shawarma on weekdays may not be freshly grilled but kept in containers they scoop out of, or regrilled. But the beef shawarma good either way. Sauces for sharwarma in addition to regular sauces they have there is also a yogurt like sauce addition that give great taste. But all the side toppings does lean toward the saltier side. I'd recommend asking to replace all with rice. Lettuce on weekday seems a bit old, brown and yellow spots... try to go on weekends Eggplant dip bought separately tasted sadly underwelming but might be a thing for some people. I had much tastier eggplant dips especially the canned ones. Theirs seems home made. Their food is decent 3/5 and service 4/5. You will feel people working there cares, unlike Made in Mexico on main st new location in my recent trip. For competing sharwarma there is always Sharwarma Land on Yonge st to try around ten min drive south. The lack of fresh veggies and meat on weekdays sadly lowers rating.

Tips: - The wild mushroom barley soup is fantastic! If you…read morelove mushrooms, get this soup. It's vegan. - Sign up for Zoup! rewards. I get discounts every Saturday, from $2 off my meal. I have also got a free bowl of soup and a free dessert that expired five days after the deal was in my offers in the Z! Eats app. Zoup! (also known as Z! Eats) currently has three locations in Ontario. I tend to go to the one on Dixie in Mississauga, as it's closest to my workplace. I decided to expand my horizons last Saturday by visiting this one in Newmarket while I was in the area running a few errands. This eatery is by highway 404, so it's convenient to get here. It's in the same plaza as Booster Juice. This eatery is in a row of four businesses, between Starbucks and Osmow's. I pulled into the parking lot on a Soggy Saturday. I pulled out my Z! Eats app and placed my order. I had a $2-off offer to use. I got the following items: - Wild mushroom barley soup - Pulled pork mac and cheese I paid through the app. I had to add a credit card. All was great. I got an estimated time of five minutes for my order to be ready. I got distracted seeing a bakery in the same plaza. I visited it while waiting for my order to be ready. I probably spent fifteen minutes at this bakery. Oops! I drove back to Z! Eats (it's a vast plaza) and got the same parking spot. I walked into the eatery. I was the only person here. I got a friendly man who happened to be the owner. I complimented his hours. This eatery is open till 7 pm on Saturdays. The Dixie location is open till 5 pm, but I have been there well before closing and it was already closed. It was a lovely chat. I wasn't expecting him to give me a coupon for a BOGO entree option the next time that I am here or at the Cambridge location. So nice! He asked me whether I wanted butter with my baguette. I said yes. He had my order ready and handed it over to me. He wished me a safe drive, as there was a freezing rain warning. I wished him the same thing when he hit the road in an hour. I took the backroads and then feasted at home. I am absolutely longing to have the wild mushroom barley soup again. It had so many sliced mushrooms, carrots, onions, barley, and more. It was hearty and delicious. I got a bowl. I find the cup to be too small. I haven't tried whatever the larger size is. I may need to get it next time. This soup was fabulous. It's also vegan. The pulled pork mac and cheese was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised to get shells. They were perfect to scoop up more of the cheesy sauce. The shells were cooked perfectly. I loved it. The pulled pork was generous. I liked that the barbeque sauce was drizzled over the pulled pork only. Sometimes, the sauce is overly sweet that it overpowers everything. The sauce was smoky and tangy. It was perfect without dominating the mac and cheese. I tend to have the baguette the next day for breakfast. I like making eggs, slicing the baguette in half, toasting it in a pan, and then putting scrambled eggs on top of each slice. The baguette is excellent and I always look forward to getting it with my soup. You can also get crackers instead of the baguette. If you don't like either, you can also say no thanks. It was my first time getting mac and cheese at Z! Eats. So good! I'll be back for more. This location had tables and chairs if you'd like to dine in. It was clean and cheerful. I'm glad that I dropped by this eatery. I'll be back for more. It's the closest location to my home. (115)
