I came in to try the massage chairs as a returning customer that gets a lot of use out of our portable Osim massage chair that I got here in 5 years ago. Having just bought a mattress at a major retailer, we were offered a great deal on the US made massage chairs they carry for Black Friday. But knowing the quality and performance of my portable Osim, I wasn't satisfied with the massage it delivered. If you're going to invest in a massage chair, you want it to replace massage salon visits. We tried out the uDivine V2 and the uLove 3 and what a difference (as expected) compared to the US made chairs. Osim is a Singapore brand but designed by Sato Tsuyoshi (Japanese Chiropractic Expert) and that is noticeable. The rollers and technology can massage your feet/calves, lumbar/bottom and your back/shoulders simultaneously and provide so many health benefits. The grip and feel simulates human hands unlike other massage chairs and the AI technology in the uLove 3 can actually customize the massage and score your stress level. This is a major investment so we took our time going back and fourth between models and Kathy was so patience and informative. I didn't feel pressured or pushed but walked away a happy customer with an unbelievable promotion and free gifts! If you're considering a massage chair, I would definitely suggest coming in for a demo.

We always saw this massage chair store at the Santa Anita mall but never went in until today. 30 relaxing mins later... we're walking out with a chair of our own. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I tried the Udivine V2 massage hair and LOVE! It provides the type of massage I need for example, spot massgae and strach massage. I would highly recommend the massgae chair. If not, the leg massgae is also a great option for relaxing the legs.

With a smaller home, this is such a good choice of getting yourself pampered. We like this new style massage chair so much because it looks nice and works well with the decorations of our home. You can't tell that is actually a massage chair when not using. The massage functions totally comparable with the big ones except it could not reach your neck. I highly recommend! read more

This store has gone downhill. I was going to buy a chair this evening and as I entered with my family to choose one for our mother, the woman working ignored us because she was on her phone and finally got up. We asked to try a chair and she said, only if you buy. This shocked me because I was not expecting such a rude behavior. She said they were closing at 8pm, but we had 25 minutes left until it closed. She refused to give us her name when we asked because we were dissatisfied. I cannot believe we were spoken to this way. I'm going to be contacting corporate to discuss this further. read more

Just placed an order of my dream message chair Osim Udream. I have been looking for one for years. The customer service is beyond excellent. She is so knowledgeable and patience. I fall in love with the Udream when I first tried out in the store, the human finger touch feel is very impressive. But it is also expensive. So I visited store three times to justify the purchase. Their most luxury uDream massage chair cannot last more than 1.5 years. Then you need to do the repair. And their spare parts quality so bad that they have to replaced twice within the same day due to poor quality part. read more

Love their products and bought many things from them. The pet that impressed me the most is their customer service. I lost a remote control for my uShape machine that we purchased over a year ago ( maybe longer, not sure). I texted the sales person, Yanan, who responded to my 11:00 pm message immediately. She then went the extra mile to get me a spare remote control for a equipment that's already discontinued and out of warranty already. I guarantee you that you cannot find a better service from any sales anywhere. Five star rating is not enough, I could have given the entire galaxy if that's an option. read more

Nicely set up store with decently looking massage chairs. Unfortunately, unless you fit a specific demographic that their inattentive staff would consider as "potential buyers", you will get terrible costumer service. I've been to the store on separate occasions and wasn't even acknowledged, let alone served. It might be my (somewhat young) age. Perhaps the fact that I don't look like their traditional costumers or sales staff. Whatever it is, I finally gave up on this store. If you don't have lots of time to spare and do not like being ignored as a costumer, then good luck. They sure lost my business. read more

Hello all we did receive the osim chair in late january. 2 weeks before our expectation. Fast forward now almost 1 month in and using it every day for 30 minutes and so is my wife so an hour a day in total which would equate to likely $1/minute of value if you compare to the cheaper asian places or $2/minute at most masseuses. Feel like the value is greater than a strong $1/minute but not $2/minute due to inconsistencies and friction of going to a masseuse. Chair looks fantastic - sleek blackk limited edition. Excellent customer service from their Arcadia shop via Monica the store manager so kudddos to her! Only limitation is that this is for more of an asian frame so not built for a 6 foot 4 inch 220 pound person. No complaints and absolutely love these higher end chairs!!! Automation coming read more

This massage machine can be very violent. It was broken the during using. It hit my husband's back of his head. I was freaking out because he was in zero gravity position. What I did is just unplugged it, because the remote is broken too. This is the 4th time request for repairmen in 3 years. It is not worth it to spend $6000 for this junk. read more

Great customer service... Sherman was the best! We tested out the U Jolly Back massager, and it was amazing. After 10 minutes of testing it out Me and my girlfriend knew this was the one for us. Buyer beware. We bought a shoulder massager and it malfunctioned in less than two months. Brought it back and they had to send it in for repairs. They said 5 business days. It's been over two weeks and still no news. Everything is final sale. I would never buy anything expensive from them because if you get a bad one you are out of luck. For such a big company I expected more. They are too cheap to give you a new one that works. read more

Very impressed by this portable and powerful back massager OSIM uJolly. Today is literally my first day in Arcadia mall, we stopped by at Coffee Bean and were actually very surprised to see OSIM is in US. We went into the shop and were greeted by one of their greatest staff Yanan. She showed me around and introduced this wonderful massager to me and my mom since we're currently having a lot of neck & shoulder and lower back issue. Instead of asking follow up questions or helping us determine whether the couch would actually fit, he seemed more interested in closing the sale. He never asked about doorway clearance, access, or any of the things that ultimately became a problem. As a result, we got stuck paying a delivery fee for a couch that couldn't even make it into the house. What frustrated me most is that this felt completely avoidable. A good salesperson should be helping customers avoid expensive mistakes, not creating them. After that mess, we had to go back and pick out another couch. This time we worked with a younger guy with glasses and the difference was night and day. He asked all the right questions, listened to our concerns, and gave us recommendations that actually worked for our space. Five stars for him. The furniture quality itself is still good, which is why I keep coming back. One thing I would skip though is the extended warranty. I purchased it on furniture from my previous home and never ended up using it before it expired. Overall, I like the products here, but the service is definitely hit or miss depending on who helps you. Unfortunately, one bad salesperson ended up costing me time, money, and a lot of unnecessary frustration.

Most items are at 10% off. Halloween items are at 35% off. A lot of bedding stuff like sheets and comforters are at 25%. Some pillows are 50% off. If you are looking for a bargain, go to the very middle part of the store for their clearance tables. There are two big tables of various items in clearance. This is still early on in its liquidation. The employees were so friendly and helpful. What a shame that I didn't know about this place earlier. We need pillows for our new couch so I will checking back later.

The prices are good but the stuff just seems disposable. Like you just replace them every year. We just didn't find anything worthwhile and the social media post was obviously an exaggeration and just had to pass. Only go if you want low prices over quality. But we had to pass.

They used lifting weights that were TIED into the bottom of the rocking chair, instead of using the special furniture weights that get bolted into the frame. I found a photo of a green and yellow lei they had previously sold to past customer and decided to call in and ask if they had one in stock. The graduation was a few days out so I was pretty rushed to find a lei in time. I called in and spoke to the person (I think the name was Ronnie?) and they kindly informed me that they would have to see if they can make a yellow and green colored lei in time. They gave other colored options just in case the green and yellow was unavailable. After I got off the phone, they let me know the price (about $71) which needed to be paid before they can put the order in. I venmoed the money over and received a photo of the lei the day before graduation. I let her know that I will be in the morning of the graduation to pick it up and everything went smoothly! Communication was great, pick up time was easy and my cousin was thrilled with the lei! The price was a bit high though but the customer service was great!

As soon as you buy OSIM massage chair, your nightmare will be started. We bought a massage chair in early March 2020, as soon they deliver the chair, 5 or 6 days later, the chair stopped working. We called the store, and they promised to send a technician to repair it, but it never happened until May, a customer service person Ryan Lee called and promised if they can not repair it, then they will consider refunding since we did not use it that much. A few days ago, finally, the technician came spent hours of work and he can not fix it, so the next day, they came again took the chair. Now I called Ryan Lee to ask for a refund, and he changed the statement, he said their company policy is " Never Refund ". So I was shocked, how can a big company like OSIM treat their customer like this? Basically, their policy is "at the moment you pay them then you are done," because no matter what situation, they won't refund, even they deliver a broker machine at the beginning. We bought it to increase our happiness, not to suffer. Obviously, OSIM made us suffer for months and still did not solve it, and we very regret to visit their store at the beginning. we will let the world knowing OSIM company's horrible policy. We might seek for a legal consultant soon. read more

I visited Osim massage chair (Arcadia mall) store and I had a wonderful experience. The staff Manis was very helpful and nice, she introduced me to all the good products and let me try a few massage chairs. She was very knowledgeable and friendly, and she answered all my questions patiently. I didn't buy anything, but she still gave me a good service without any pressure or bad feeling. She is a pretty lady and a great salesperson. I highly recommend this store and Manis to anyone who is looking for a massage chair or other wellness products. They have a wide range of products and excellent customer service. Thank you, Manis, for making my visit enjoyable and relaxing. You are awesome! read more
