You can't redo the whole place, build a nice bar, put beer and wine signs everywhere, and then charge $7 for a Bud Light, $12 for a Jess, and $21 yes, $21 for a Tito's and soda. You're playing the short game. This is a neighborhood with working class families that would love to splurge and support your business - please consider that bar prices aren't listed and when they come on a tab and are double standard pricing it feels predatory. The pizza was generously topped without feeling overloaded. The cheese-to-sauce ratio was well balanced, and even though I usually order extra cheese and an extra bake, neither was necessary here. The crust had a great texture with a nice chew and solid structure. If you're someone who prefers a crispier finish, asking for an extra bake would be a good option. With mozzarella sticks, 8oz marinara, the combo pizza, a Powerade, and a Coke Zero, our total came to just $36--an outstanding value for the quality and portion size. If this restaurant were closer to home, it would absolutely be in my regular rotation.
