I give this company my dry cleaning often, but I may be changing because of this final straw. First, the employee said she was closed through the drive through door. I said wait a minute you close at 6 PM. She then replied well we stopped receiving at 5:45. My first response was where does it say that? You reader, the reader, can check the web site, it's nowhere to be found. Then she tells me "all the paper work had to be done. That's why they close early." I said, Ok here my pick up ticket, the employee said something I don't know what, as she was looking for my item, which was not in, as promised. So now I have stuff to be cleaned and an item to be picked up and it is now 5 minutes until closing. Plus a waste of fuel because I go out of my way because of loyalty. Over all, that loyalty did not go both ways. next time may be different.

He does not care about customer service, only himself. I had some jeans hemmed and did not realize I could not ask for them until after 12:30 when he is gone. I had just sold my car and could not get there in the afternoon. After arranging with the seamstress to leave them with the owner in the morning he refused to give them to me. He yelled at me that he did not want me in there and fired her in retaliation. It was a very ugly scene and not once did he attempt to expedite the process and even spoke badly about the seamster who is a credit to his business. Do not go in there. I would not give it even one star.

The dryers were massive and quick to dry the towels and bedding. Total I spend about $15. The bedding was fresh clean and looked amazing. The WiFi does not work and the televisions were not in service. There is a vending machine available for drinks. While waiting on the laundry, you can go sit by the water or talk to other people doing their laundry. The laundromat was clean and reasonably priced.
