It is cash-only, but I appreciate the customer service offered here. For example: I brought in a pair of pants where the fabric had ripped under the belt loop. Because she recognized this would probably happen again due to how the pants were made, she reinforced behind the rest of the belt loops as well at no additional cost.

In this day and age people are very finicky and readily and lend themselves to not patronizing businesses because of an isolation incident.

I had every intention of coming back to buy a bra, but I must not have looked the way she envisioned an ideal customer to look (which was my impression) or maybe she was just lazy, because she turned her nose up at me and told me if I wasn't going to buy anything that day, she couldn't waste her time on me. Had there been a lot of people in the store, I would not have asked in the first place. But I was the only one, it was a weekday and there were few people in the entire shopping area, and there was no way it could have hurt her to take two minutes to, you know, do her JOB. I am sure many people try to come in, get properly fitted and then go buy a bra somewhere else because the products are expensive. I think that had to do with the last person's experience. A Soft Touch has great products and great service but it is pricey, however, the quality is totally worth it!
