DO NOT BRING YOUR DRESS HERE. Seriously. I was sent here by Little White Dress with my wedding gown that I loved and I pretty much hated my dress by the end of this and felt sloppy on my wedding day. Not how a bride wants to feel. -The first time I arrived, her TWO DOGS were running around the shop, with all these wedding dresses hanging around. That's kind of gross in itself but not only that, when she grabbed my dress to bring it into the fitting room, her f*cking dog bit at the bottom of it! -My second fitting, I had to wait 30 minutes over my appointment time and was rushed because the bride after me had also shown up by that point. 4 days before I left for my wedding in Bali, I went to pick up the dress. When I got it home and tried it on, my mom's face said it all. CUE THE TEARS. -The boob cups. Mother of good look at these (pics for reference). First off, who the hell sews them in like this....tan (why not white?!?) and noticeable as hell--youd think they'd go behind the silk!?!?! It looked SO cheap! She sewed them so shoddily they left a dent in the chest/neckline (also visible in pics). It looked like I have dented boobs and the cups were peeking up through the top. I asked her to fix this throughout our fittings like 4 times and when I picked up the dress, she took it away into her back room, said she fixed it and I didnt need to try it on again. Clearly, very wrong. -The side....well....she cut the lace when she was (Im assuming) taking it in, and when trying to put it back together, she glued it. Glued it. I....I got nothing except for the fact you could see these bumps/lumps sticking out from the side. When I saw all this and my mom saw it, I called the dress shop and they were able to send me to a different seamstress. While she did her best in the 4 days I had, I still ultimately hated my dress (the boobs sagged, I had to tape the living hell out of it to get it to stay somewhat stuck to my body, and the messed up lace was noticeable) and the glamour and fun of the whole thing got sucked right out for me. I had an amazing wedding, I just really wish I would have felt I looked amazing and I didnt. The dress is a huge part of your dream day, so DON'T bring it here. read more

My friend and I went to have our gowns altered for a very formal wedding. My friends dress had some length cut off at our first visit and her dressed pinned for the alterations needed, my dress was pinned to have close the leg slit a little, not expose so much of my chest, breast cups added and to bustle the train. Our appointment to try on and take our dresses home was today at 5:00. We arrived at 4:45.... She JUST started my dress and hadn't even started on my friends! She said it would take her 30 minutes to do our dresses! At 6:00 we finally get to try our dresses on....... My friends was never touched, she even had a pin left in it! My dress is ruined.... My $600 dress is ruined! The breast pads make me look so horrible I cried, cone boobs like I'm Madonna in the 80's!!!!! My slit is closed so much that only an inch above my ankle is visible and the train when bustled is a freaking triangle! She went to adjust one thing and asked us to wait in another room so "her bride" could change into her dress!!!! We did not leave the room until she returned my dress and no I did not bother to try it back on because it has been ruined! DO NOT USE HER!!!! She didn't offer to return any of the money for the alterations but gave me some freaking tape for the breasts! I have never in my life been made so uncomfortable in what was a beautiful gown!!! read more

Leann was always running late to my appointments, was never mentally present on what we were discussing for my dress, discussing her personal matters with customers, never responded to calls or emails, and ended up making my dress fit too tight (when i told her it needed to be fixed after my 2nd fitting) which caused me to have back fat for my big day. My dress was absolutely beautiful and felt that The Bridal Design Studio did a disservice to it and how I looked in it. I was recommended to her by a bridal store in town and am very disappointed that this was the case. If I could go back and do it all over again I would never have chose Leann. He assistance were both really great girls and they should open their own studio! They did make me feel like an honored bride but the damage was done on how I looked. read more

I was not entirely satisfied with the alterations done on my wedding dress. The hem at the bottom was not as crisp and clean as I would have liked, and the belt had to be reattached three times before it looked good. Leann was friendly but not very professional and didn't seem to care about me or my dress. Before my first appointment, I left 2 voicemails to confirm, neither of which were returned. I ended up repeatedly calling the day before until someone finally answered. All in all, my dress was good but not perfect and my experience with the staff was less than ideal. read more

So, I have to say something about the bad reviews that are being written on here. They are being done by a former employer/friend that is following her around making sure to write a bad review of the seamstresses which I find sad. What ever happened to letting someone try and make it on their own in business. If you write a review, make sure that you have actually gone there first. read more
