Getting the wash card is easy. You can use cash or a debit/credit card to load funds on the wash card. It's super simple but the workers have no issues walking you through the process if it's your first time. Be sure to register your card so you get the extra free $1 bonus. The employees helped me find the right size washer for my ginormous comforter and got me all settled. The facility is nice and clean, plenty of washing machines and dryers, my ONLY complaint would be they only have 2 of the larger dryers meant for blankets and comforters. I had to wait a solid 30 minutes for one to open up. However, I didn't have anything pressing to do so I sat and read my book until it was free. Should you not be a local and not NEED that much, you must prepay you wash AND dry by getting the help of a worker there. Dryers are $1, $1.25 and $1.50 (sz difference I guess). I asked how much time you get, and she told me 20 minutes, but turns out it is only 25. When your wash is done, you must then go find an employee and have them authorize your dryer. It is very inconvenient and a huge hassle. Plus, they certainly are not very friendly. I only gave this two stars since the place was huge, but be warned, if you are not a local, they don't treat you very nice. I'm surprised they don't make you prepay to use a folding table. Boooooo!
