I'm watching what is supposed to be cleaning my clothes sweep others dirt and filth from the door into my wash cycle. I missed the door seals otherwise I would have left and drove to Springfield where I normally wash my work bedding at the Wash House there. (They have a sanitize/pre wash cycle on their washers.) I can't stop the cycle and feel like I would have been better off overstuffing my home washer than this. She's beyond RUDE and nasty and makes you not want to ever step foot in the place again. From the second of walking in the door very rude. And not in a customer service friendly way but like you're walking into her living room. i replied just here to do laundry. She says well "you can't leave" . I said I'm sorry what do you mean she said if you're doing laundry you're not leaving. I go to load up my blankets and turned around and said we will find somewhere a little more friendly. She already had the lights off ready to go home at this time and obviously didn't want anyone to ruin her last hr 1/2 Alone time so runs them off by being nasty. Horrible place. She's done similar before and I reluctantly decided to try again. Enjoy your alone time not making any $$ for the owners because you're so rude. There was more but I've wasted enough time on this place. Note to owner you need friendly staff who doesn't run customers away because she's ready to leave early. Thank you, Sir.
