When I came in to pick it up I was told it would be ready tomorrow because they only do these on Mondays, Wednesday's and Fridays. I dropped the dress off two weeks ago so they would have time to do it. The girl called the owner and they said they would do it but it would be about 3 before it would be ready. When I came back to get it there was no apology for it not being ready, no discount for having to stress over it not being ready and the lady was rude that waited on me.

Service was great and the woman was very friendly, but it seemed short staffed as both times I went there was only one person manning the shop. Anyways, my clothes were all laundered and pressed as I expected. It is a bit pricey and here's what they charge (for the items I brought, at least): $7 for ladies' blazers, $6.50 for skirts, and $6 for slacks. If you bring a lot of items it can add up (like mine did). But overall, I was very pleased.
