Had my wedding dress cleaned and pressed. I told them when I dropped it off that I needed it the 10th for my wedding. When I came in to pick it up I was told it would be ready tomorrow because they only do these on Mondays, Wednesday's and Fridays. I dropped the dress off two weeks ago so they would have time to do it. The girl called the owner and they said they would do it but it would be about 3 before it would be ready. I dropped my items off on Friday morning and picked them up Monday after work, around 5:15PM. I really like that their weekday hours are open as late as 6PM, so you don't have to rush. Service was great and the woman was very friendly, but it seemed short staffed as both times I went there was only one person manning the shop. Anyways, my clothes were all laundered and pressed as I expected. It is a bit pricey and here's what they charge (for the items I brought, at least): $7 for ladies' blazers, $6.50 for skirts, and $6 for slacks. If you bring a lot of items it can add up (like mine did). But overall, I was very pleased. read more

Was a customer for almost 2 years, and last month they ruined one of the pairs of pants I dropped off by somehow shrinking them. They were also the only pair that had a detergent or starch odor, but denied ever using either. Terrible customer service when working with them on the issue (which took a month) and refused to take any ownership. It's pretty sad that they would rather lose a customer (and all other customers I know personally) rather than just own up and reimburse me. I definitely will never go back. Don't use them! There are other options that I've found to be WAY better. read more
