This time I worked with Ken and he was very customer service oriented as well. What I like about this printer is that they have the ability to give you estimates of how much you are , expecting to pay, they give you options when it comes to print style and design, and they are very upfront and honest with you about outcomes of your project. You can do all of this on email with them before you even have to visit the store. When you visit the store, you've already sent your print job to them on email. You just might need to drop by to drop off materials like specialty invitations, which was our project this time. I appreciate that Ken verified and sent proofs of our printing job on email for us to have a look at before we approved the final project version. Overall, Ken is a great printing technician and expert. His patience with our event team was awesome. The rest of the staff is very customer service oriented too. I recommend Copy-It La Mesa, CA!

They don't charge to print labels like UPS does. When I'm returning something that's only 20$ or 30$, every 3$ charge counts against my return. They don't charge me or give me any issues about how I wrap it. The Store Reps are really respectful and professional as well. There's always plenty of parking and never a line.

I got home and 1 box was used all scratched up and instead of 4 stands inside the box someone swapped out a different sign inside. This was frustrating because it meant another trip to the store. They really need to check when people return items and not restock it at full price $29.99. I understand it's not the fault of the people who work there but they really need to check returns. Because this is a waste of time & gas for anyone. My first trip out was great the workers were very helpful and it was a fast check out. The return trip took so long, only 1 cashier and 5 people in line and 4 of them were returns, and it took a lot longer not sure why ‍. The cashier didn't really care why I brought it back but did mark it with a sticker that read damaged sold as is (or something to that effect). So they were clearly putting it back on the shelf. The store isn't well stocked or maybe just sold out (I'm not sure). It was clean and orderly not didn't really have enough stock on what I needed.

The service was at 10 AM the next day. YES, 10AM!!!!!!! Now, am thinking how am I going to design, edit and PRINT a program before 10AM? But, I say I'll help even though I have no idea how I am going to make this happen. And not to mention I live in LA and the service is in San Diego - over 2 hours away...... But it's my BFF, so I draft the program and the family edits until 11:30pm. Now, it's after midnight and I have a file but how I am going to get it printed in time for the service. I start looking for 24/7 printing options. I can't find any that are actually open. Now, it's about 1am. So I start emailing companies to see if any can help me in the morning. No one responds. So, I get up at 4am and drive to SD and I go sit in the parking lot of Staples waiting for them to open. Literally praying that they will help me in time because the family thinks they will have programs. Then around 8:30am, my phone rings and it's Nimish and he says "I seen the email you sent at 1:15am, I see you are having an emergency and I think we can help you, can you send the files". Literally, I was in shock. I said are you serious. he said yes, I said you are God sent... The store hadn't even opened yet... With less than an hour before the service, Nimish, Nathan and team redesigned the files as they were not right sized or ready to print as I wanted it to be. They updated the artwork, printed, folded, and created the inserts. I got to the service at 9:55am with programs in hand. When I greeted and hugged the widow, she said "Thank you so much for the programs, they are the most beautiful programs I have even seen". Seriously, in her moment of grief she still cared about the programs. It mattered to her... It wasn't Nimish's problem and he didn't have to care but he and the team cared. I am 100% forever grateful to @Cooy2Copy and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
