I would never treat my patients in the manner I was treated, nor would I allow my staff to do so. Patients have the right to ask questions about their care. When I did, your assistant responded by rolling her eyes, saying, "We have to take this X-ray because we cannot see through a person to see infection," and then stormed out like a child. Shortly after, you entered and mirrored the same dismissive behavior. You didn't examine the site in question but instead tried to pressure me into the X-ray. You nearly ripped the napkin from my chest and gestured for me to leave. As I exited, your assistant mockingly said, "buh bye." We are no longer each other's concern, but future patients deserve to know how they might be treated. I suggest you stop replying defensively on Yelp and start addressing the underlying issue--your approach to patient care. You're welcome.

He was exactly 'on point' in telling me what to expect, and he had it down almost to the hour, including an estimated 45 minute procedure, but also what to expect in the next few hours, including some minor seepage, done by 1 pm. The procedure was at 8 am. He also was very exacting in preparing me properly so that I felt only pressure, no pain. I want to give a 'shout out' to Emma, the very professional front office person. She is always calming, as are the assistants and hygienists. Having had some bad to REALLY bad dental experiences over my long life, ZWELL excels across the board. I later was told I can only be a patient if I do not cancel again. mind you we have been a patient for years w 0 issue. we paid the fee to be reinstate being a patients. we were all seen numerous times since w no issue. this past week I had to cancel again due to a medic issue. I spoke w receptionist explained and asked if this was ok due to what happened over the winter I was reassured no issue at all and she kindly resched. the following weekend received a certified fired from the practice again letter. I called this am to explain what had happened, the male receptionist could care less. hardly listened. I cancelled my entire families future appts. he said he'd get to it. medical emergencies are out of patients hands sometimes. as I was a patient there there were a few occasions they canceled appts due to weather or other circumstances which I understood and never once complained. this entire situation clarified my family and I were just a number in this place not patients they care for. we already found a new place who were kind and understanding. I explained what happened at this place and they said not to worry they would understand if medical issues came up. drumhill dental dentist would talk to me and my daughter about heir lives and their children while at appts, it's shocking this is how their staff treats patients.

He's never met us but he took the call, was amazingly gracious and caring, set up some antibiotics to pick up and referred us to an oral surgeon who could see my husband tomorrow.
