I cannot recommend Orthoworks enough! From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by Gracie who was professional and made me feel welcomed and at ease. The office is clean, modern, and well-organized, which speaks volumes about the care and attention they put into their work. Dr. Lowe-Ching and is not only incredibly skilled but also genuinely kind and patient. Her and her assistant Alicia took the time to explain every step of the process and answered all my questions, which made me feel confident in my treatment plan. They also worked with me despite not having dental insurance anymore after I lost my job. Whether you're coming in for braces, Invisalign, or a consultation, you can trust that you're in excellent hands. What really stood out to me was how seamlessly appointments were scheduled and how little wait time there was. The entire team works together efficiently, and their attention to detail is unmatched. Thanks to Gracie, Alicia and Dr. Lowe-Ching and the entire team, my smile has never looked better! 3-4 years later and I'm back buying braces. Orthoworks failed to fix my open bite. The right side of my mouth is still narrow. Not only that I have spaces because the older Hispanic lady couldn't mold my retainers correctly. My retainers never stayed in place. My teeth go inward and not straight down. They also offered to fix the problem. They put brackets on my teeth and the day of my next appointment they canceled my appointment with no explanation. The brackets they put on are still on my teeth. The new orthodontist I go to laughed and stated orthoworks is known to be the western dental of orthodontists. My new doctor also showed me pictures of patients teeth that had to be corrected due to orthoworks work not being of quality. I paid for X-rays every six months out of pocket. For 4 years I paid $100 for xrays. When I requested the X-rays they sent me a picture of my first visit. There's other quality people to go to. FYI be aware they will make you pay in full before being serviced. read more

REVIEW UPDATE: Okay, okay, this review is definitely overdue. Although we were off to a rough start, even considered terminating our agreement, they ended up being everything I could've expected from an orthodontic business. The global pandemic hasn't been easy but Orthoworks has done a superb job at offering such flexibility while ensuring the safety of everyone (I was pregnant and truly appreciated this). Additionally, Gracie remained absolutely professional with every patient, including me -- an individual who posted a horrible Yelp review years prior. In terms of my smile, I'm pretty satisfied and would recommend this place to anyone. read more

There are no words to express how AMAZING this office is! From their rock star Duo Gracie and Bianca managing the front office to the orthodontist and supporting staff. Always ready to help accommodate with wire removal for a dentist check-up and being open every other Saturday!?! No missed school or work. Highly recommend. read more

Staff was very nice and knowledgeable, and explained the process of the orthodontic products thoroughly. However, please shop around, as their quote for Invisalign was about $2000-$3000 more than a few other places I contacted. Note that insurance rarely covers braces or Invisalign. read more

Orthoworks is amazing. Front and back office staff are very attentive and professional. The front office staff explained all billing/patient responsibilities thoroughly and keep an open communication for any questions that come up. The back office team explained our options on braces and what to expect. They were super helpful. They have flexible appointment hours for working parents/patients. I did two other evaluations for braces and went with ortho works. They are simply the best! read more

My daughter has been coming here for over a year and we are always welcomed with smiling eyes (covid smiles). At the beginning Gracie was so patient with us, explaining how our insurance works and very up front about everything. Rowena and the rest of the staff are amazing and very caring. Total family treatment. They make the experience of braces very comfortable and easy. read more

Hi everybody, The center is a big company which only cares about your money; they ask you to pay in full before they start! They made me stay out of the lobby because i needed to pay it! After a month they sent me a bill for $901. 45 !!! I called and asked for the reason, they said they would call me back, which never happened. Now the collection sent me the bill! I think they are bunch of jerks, who don't care about humanity! I don't know why I am charged!!! How can I owe any money when they charge the full amount up front??? I am not happy with their system. I wish carma cause them to suffer the same way. I pray the God for that! read more

I had my braces put on recently, and the customer service here is great! I'm usually scared to go to the dentist, but I was so comfortable that I even fell asleep during one visit. Great service! My daughter is very happy with the progress she can't stop talking about how far her teeth have came. She smiles more and enjoying the process. Now it's baby sister turn read more

They really treat you like family here. Even if you're not satisfied about your smile, you can keep your braces a bit longer than the expected date its suppose to be taken off. Its been 2 years since I got my braces and Dr.Shen and Dr.Nguyen is awesome! Also Rowena is a really great DA! Does anybody know when the retainers will come in? Do you get it the same day you get your braces off or wait a week for them? Only concern is that because I'm scared that my teeth might shift immediately! read more

The staff is the best at this location! I prefer making the long trip to Hercules versus going to San Francisco, customer service is lacking at the other locations. read more

I enjoyed the type of treatment I received here as soon as I walked in. The staff was super friendly and patient with me while explaining all the insurance crap that I barely understand. I've been going to the dentist since I was a little girl and been to many different offices. This one might be the best one I've visited so far. Keep it up orthoworks!! read more

Each time I come in here, I don't even have to get in line to sign up! They know my name already. They are so good at what they do and very competent. I'd recommend this place to anyone and everyone interested in getting their teeth straightened. They are absolutely the best. read more

My daughters have been going to OrthoWorks for a few years now. This review is overdue. The staff is very friendly and office is well organized. They take the time to patiently explain our insurance and ortho needs. My family relocated to Southern California but we made every effort to go go to OrthoWorks appointments every 2-3 months. We didn't want to change orthodontics for convenience. I especially want to recognize Rowena Lee for referring us. Location is easy to access and lots of parking. read more

Very crowded. Seemed over booked but Inwas there on a weekend (a plus) The office looked a little...worn. It could use some sprucing up. But the staff was friendly. Although I chose a different office, they called and followed up and wished me luck. Slightly a bit pricier for SOME options, others were about average for the standard options. They didn't have any ill feelings and were polite the whole way through when I let them know I would be going elsewhdre. read more

Just started treatment. They are very accommodating on the payment plan. Will keep updating as time goes on.

Always great services!!! On time appointments and no waiting! Especially great customer service from Vicky!!!

The staff here is extremely helpful, I came in to get a new retainer and to find out my options for Invisalign. They sized me for the retainer and answered all my questions. The staff made my experience smooth and I will definitely be back for further care! read more

Great services! daughter is happy! very friendly staff! definitely recommend orthoworks!

This place is great! They are very up front about costs, nothing hidden, and they move your kid through braces at a good pace (quick, but not rushed). The staff is AMAZING; very friendly and always professional. The best part is they have a wide range of hours, including weekends, which is great for working parents. Also, they have many other branch offices, so if you can't make it in one day, you can go to a different office the next. read more
