3-4 years later and I'm back buying braces. Orthoworks failed to fix my open bite. The right side of my mouth is still narrow. Not only that I have spaces because the older Hispanic lady couldn't mold my retainers correctly. My retainers never stayed in place. My teeth go inward and not straight down. They also offered to fix the problem. They put brackets on my teeth and the day of my next appointment they canceled my appointment with no explanation. The brackets they put on are still on my teeth. The new orthodontist I go to laughed and stated orthoworks is known to be the western dental of orthodontists. My new doctor also showed me pictures of patients teeth that had to be corrected due to orthoworks work not being of quality. I paid for X-rays every six months out of pocket. For 4 years I paid $100 for xrays. When I requested the X-rays they sent me a picture of my first visit. There's other quality people to go to. FYI be aware they will make you pay in full before being serviced. read more

REVIEW UPDATE: Okay, okay, this review is definitely overdue. Although we were off to a rough start, even considered terminating our agreement, they ended up being everything I could've expected from an orthodontic business. The global pandemic hasn't been easy but Orthoworks has done a superb job at offering such flexibility while ensuring the safety of everyone (I was pregnant and truly appreciated this). Additionally, Gracie remained absolutely professional with every patient, including me -- an individual who posted a horrible Yelp review years prior. Staff was very nice and knowledgeable, and explained the process of the orthodontic products thoroughly. However, please shop around, as their quote for Invisalign was about $2000-$3000 more than a few other places I contacted. Note that insurance rarely covers braces or Invisalign. read more

Hi everybody, The center is a big company which only cares about your money; they ask you to pay in full before they start! They made me stay out of the lobby because i needed to pay it! After a month they sent me a bill for $901. 45 !!! I called and asked for the reason, they said they would call me back, which never happened. Now the collection sent me the bill! I think they are bunch of jerks, who don't care about humanity! I don't know why I am charged!!! How can I owe any money when they charge the full amount up front??? I am not happy with their system. They really treat you like family here. Even if you're not satisfied about your smile, you can keep your braces a bit longer than the expected date its suppose to be taken off. Its been 2 years since I got my braces and Dr.Shen and Dr.Nguyen is awesome! Also Rowena is a really great DA! Does anybody know when the retainers will come in? Do you get it the same day you get your braces off or wait a week for them? Only concern is that because I'm scared that my teeth might shift immediately! read more
