I first left a google review and was left with a generic response, they leave a general number to…read moretry and resolve the problem but I never get through. This company in 2018 took advantage of me. I was diagnosed with CRPS after a surgery performed in a different one of their offices but they were to do my physical therapy. They are the ones who contacted the insurance company and they are the ones who set up my appointments based on their conversation with insurance. They then start charging me saying I ran out of insurance, that is not my problem if they are the ones who did the scheduling with the insurance company. In addition they made my CRPS worse because they do not know how to treat and care for it. They made me do weight bearing and they applied heat and ice during a flare. Just ridiculous they did a lot of damage. And now I have bills from them in collections because they abused the system.

I got hurt while I was in OH for work. (I'm from out of state). It was so tricky finding an…read moreorthopedic place that would accept me without a referral and OrthoNeuro was ready to help right away. The entire team was SO HELPFUL from the front desk to the exam to the X-ray. Everyone was friendly, compassionate, and immediately got me the brace I needed for more comfort. While I am now back in NY now seeing my doc at home, they called to follow up to be sure I was getting proper care after seeing the MRI report. You can tell that they truly care about what they do and made me feel so comfortable being alone and away from home... thank you all !!!!

I had a question for Dr. Nichols on the Monday morning following a Friday appointment. I tried to…read morecall them twice, once just after opening and again mid afternoon, and left messages for them to return my call, but they never returned my call. Being out of town, I had my wife stop in and ask them what I needed to know, only to find out they could find no record of my visit just the Friday before. Not only that, but they refused to give her any more information, even though I signed a release when I was in the office. I also learned that Dr. Nichols did not call in my prescriptions like she said she was going to, leaving me without crucial medicine. I can assure you that my shadow will NEVER darken her door again, and I would advise anyone else to follow suit.

I am uninsured and Dr Nichols has worked with me to receive care at a price that doesn't kill my pocketbook. The entire staff has always been courteous and professional. I sometimes wonder what the reviewers act like when they aren't "getting the service" they think they deserve. Dr Nichols is a no bs doctor and I love that. The office made a scheduling mistake and she came in on her day off to make it right. How can anyone say that's not courteous or professional. Hands down my go to Doctor for quality care at an affordable price.

Terrible service, also all my prescription was wrong. I…read moretried to fixed by phone and nobody can help and finally I went in person and they gave an appointment for another week.

I very much regret not doing my due diligence before choosing an eye doctor. I was recommended by a…read moredoctor I see for migraines, so without thought I decided to go ahead and make an appointment. When I first arrived, my appointment time should have been at 2 o'clock, but the person made it for 2 but a month later. They were able to squeeze me in a little later that day, so I sat in the waiting room and waited. No real apology, just kept saying I don't know what she was thinking. When I first went back, I was with Jill a technician who was highly rude. I felt so uncomfortable. I tried to start conversation to potentially break the ice, but she was so stoned faced and rude. Anytime she would ask me a question it would be accompanied by an odd look. She just looked like she wanted to be somewhere else. The other technicians were friendly and fine. Almost towards the end of my visit I first saw Maha Jabbar, OD. She was nice and friendly, but when she left the room came back she told me that they failed to do an eye exam that was supposed to be done prior to my eyes being dilated so she wasn't sure what prescription I should go with. Right before leaving, I met Doctor Erdey. He was just OK. He mentioned that I needed to just go to Walgreens and play around with the strengths. He said not to get readers but actual glasses and I have yet to find a place that has glasses at Walgreens that are not readers. I did ask him if I was near or farsighted and he said both so I was unsure of what type of glasses to really look for. I then asked him if he thought it would be easier or better for me just to get a prescription and he said go to Walgreens first and then get back to me in a month. Obviously he didn't want to prescribe me anything because they failed to do testing before being dilated. Instead of coming back, he kept telling me how it was just cheaper to go to Walgreens. In all honesty, I'm not even sure if what he told me was correct because when I went to try them on at Walgreens, I couldn't see very well with them. I don't understand why they wouldn't just ask me to come back another day. I wholeheartedly regret going here and I wish I could take it all back. What is more disappointing is due to my insurance, I can only get this type of eye exam once a year. I will now have to wait a whole year before I can see another doctor. Please do your research before choosing them.
