I called to make an appointment and was seen within a week or so. As you entered the office, you sanitize your hands and then make your way to the desk. Every one was wearing a mask and then temperatures were taken. If you have been to any medical office lately it's the standard treatment! The check in didn't take long and we were taken back to a room in about 15 minutes or so. We were pleasantly greeted by the staff and had a short interview with his nurse. Dr. Hannallah came in the room shortly after that. He had reviewed previous X-rays and spent a very reasonable amount of time with us. He was very straight forward with his thoughts and diagnosis. I have arthritis and it's continuing to get worse. He recommended strongly that I should never have surgery on my back! He also said that he wouldn't operate on my back!. My pain is degenerative and there is some disc degeneration, in the lumbar region. He asked to have an MRI done and then to return for results. I appreciated Dr. Hannallah and his honesty. I have known doctors that kind of lead you on and won't be straight forward with you. I am thankful that I was assigned to him and appreciated the answers I was given. Next up- MRI!

When you pay $80 for a visit you don't expect to be double booked by the physical therapist but I was. I spent 1/4 of my 50 minute session waiting around for him to finish with the other lady. I called and made that appt. I quit driving 5 years ago, commute by bike. On my way to the appt. I had a bike accident that banged me up a bit and was going to make me late at the very least, so I called and canceled. Called to reschedule Monday morning and his office says now they won't see me. I think that's pretty crappy and shows a lack of caring and understanding that should be devoid in a doctor's office. Would the same have been the case had I been in a fender bender? What, bikes don't count? Patients beware - Avoid this crumby office. No sympathy. They are concerned only with the bottom line - not you.

You never feel like you are being rushed out like you do at many Dr's offices. We never have any trouble getting scheduled. Many times he has gotten us in the same day. I had been receiving less than satisfactory treatment with physicians in Columbus (no name-dropping here) and needed someone who could meet my needs and be straight-forward with me. After meeting Dr. D'Onofrio, he took one look at my medical history and recent tests and simply asked, "When do you want to get this done?" That was it. No more cortisone shots or minor surgeries. He told me that my knee was beyond preventive treatment and needed replacement. True, one would think that a salesman's only interest is "selling the car", but after breaking down everything that was wrong with my knee, he convinced me that I was prolonging the inevitable with all of these procedures. The surgery went extremely well, as well as the follow-up with his PA, Kevin, who is truly awesome. The care I received during my recovery made my trip to wellness a short and efficient one. I loved their treatment so much that I chose them for my other knee replacement surgery 3 years later, which went just as well. So I'm going to name these two (the center AND the ortho) specifically in my recommendations if you need knee or hip replacement surgery. You can't go wrong.
