This is the first time I've ever been dropped by a provider for any reason, let alone writing a message to let them know that their treatment was not working and that I was dissatisfied. Even though I was not planning on returning to this practice, I was still stunned to receive formal communication from the provider and this practice choosing to remove me as a patient over my professionally written message describing how my treatment I received was unsatisfactory. I find Martin Taylor, DO, and the OrthoAlliance practice to be whiny and petty, which is extremely unprofessional for doctors.

This company in 2018 took advantage of me. I was diagnosed with CRPS after a surgery performed in a different one of their offices but they were to do my physical therapy. They are the ones who contacted the insurance company and they are the ones who set up my appointments based on their conversation with insurance. They then start charging me saying I ran out of insurance, that is not my problem if they are the ones who did the scheduling with the insurance company. In addition they made my CRPS worse because they do not know how to treat and care for it. They made me do weight bearing and they applied heat and ice during a flare. Just ridiculous they did a lot of damage. And now I have bills from them in collections because they abused the system.

The entire team was SO HELPFUL from the front desk to the exam to the X-ray. Everyone was friendly, compassionate, and immediately got me the brace I needed for more comfort. While I am now back in NY now seeing my doc at home, they called to follow up to be sure I was getting proper care after seeing the MRI report. You can tell that they truly care about what they do and made me feel so comfortable being alone and away from home... thank you all !!!!
