She gives me a clear understanding of the health of my teeth and gums and provides practical, helpful coaching on brushing and flossing that I can actually use at home. She is also remarkably fast and thorough without ever making the appointment feel rushed. Veronica is so good at what she does that I now schedule my cleanings about nine months in advance just to make sure I can get an appointment with her. If you are fortunate enough to have Veronica as your hygienist, you are in excellent hands. She is a true professional and a tremendous asset to the practice.

They wanted me to reschedule. I didn't reschedule. None of the staff was rude. That is why I chose to go there. I am upset that they didn't message me to tell me they didn't have time. I don't have a car, so I have to walk everywhere and they are close to my home. My mouth still hurts. So I have to find someone else who has time to see me. I booked the appointment online, so I don't understand what the deal was, as to why they didn't have time? Overall, the staff was nice. I do recommend they get some help with time management, so noone else experiences this. Now I have to find another dentist, so I won't be wasting mine or their time. I never even seen the dentist. If I could rate my experience without the stars, I would give them a negative two.

Love this office…read more After asking every parent of a braced kid in the area who they recommended for braces, Dr. Hoffman's name came up again and again. His office is clean, well organized, and comfortable, and the staff is uber-friendly, happy, easy to talk to, GOOD WITH KIDS (and adults...)!! They offer as many options for orthodontia as are available and have the most current technology available. They answer all of my questions before I even have to ask!!! They answer their phone. As in a real live person is on the other end when you call! They have always gotten us in the same day if we have a problem, and every single time they have essentially given us a full visit (changing wires, etc) and yet we didn't have to cancel our next apt., no matter how close! I call that a twofer, but it's definitely above and beyond service, in my book. I give them the highest praise I can by recommending their office to everyone I know. Top notch. If you need alignment of your teeth, see Dr. Hoffman!!

It feels more like a family going here than a business! Everyone is so friendly and informative…read more Bring able to call over a holiday break and getting the help necessary for my son who just got them was nothing but amazing! Thank you!

Dr. Youngquist Sr. completed my orthodontia and results were fine…read more There were significant issues with his behavior that were never adequately addressed by him or his staff. He arrived over an hour late after asking me to arrive early in the morning which made it necessary for me to make arrangements at my work. When he did arrive, he didn't apologize, but explained that he was at a ball game up north and couldn't get back on time. He explained further how important he felt it was to take his (grown) son to this ball game since he'd never been to one before. He then proceeded to spill acid in my mouth which caused a permanent scar. By that point I began to realize that he probably was suffering from a hangover. After that, he called my home in the evening (very likely drunk) and admitted that he spilled the acid and told me what the specific chemical was - all of this only after I asked him repeatedly to explain what happened. (I believed that he called in order to try to prevent a lawsuit). He then proceeded to tell me at great length, to both my and my husband's astonishment, that he once had to wait for a long time at a doctor's office and that waiting for doctors is to be expected and that I had no reason to complain. He also went on and on about the importance of taking his son to the ball game. He was clearly drunk and very defensive. I made an appointment a few days later to review my mouth injuries and to discuss his phone call to my home and his behavior in general. Dr. Youngquist did not appear. One of his assistants denied that my injuries were caused by the acid spill. All of my questions and comments were ignored. After that, I discontinued all association with him. I very likely should have pursued a claim, but I was fed up with his pompous, self-aggrandizing, irresponsible behaviors and needed to move on. This was about ten years ago. I've been irritated during the past years when I've seen any ads, etc. referring to his practice. I probably should have found a way to warn others about him. I believe that, while he is capable of producing good orthodontic results, his behavior is detrimental and potentially harmful, especially since he deals with children who have no way of determining if he's at his best when he is performing a procedure. I don't know if he is still practicing or if his son took over. If he is still active, I would be wary of his unusual behaviors and be sure to be present when he performs procedures on children. Better yet, find another orthodontist. This is all unfortunate, but it needs to be said.

This place is amazing. The front desk is always polite and helpful. They've always been super nice,…read moreefficient and professional. As for the dentistry I couldn't be happier. Thank you DR. LYNN!!!!!!!!! I can't remember everyone's names but I do know Gaby was one of my dental assistants and she was SO nice and made me feel so comfortable and also did great work helping Dr. Lynn. The front desk I can remember would be Nikki and Lisette. Thank you for getting me in and helping with scheduling and everything. You don't hear this often but I'm excited for my next visit!

If you want professional negligence and incompetence, you'd is the place…read more My son had a wisdom tooth extracted with molar and on day 6 developed a dry socket. No emergency service/ after hours. Had to wait a day (Monday) to be seen. Dentist confirmed dry socket but didn't pack it. She placed some numbing gel inside that lasted 2 hours before falling out. Hoping it was enough, he waited until the following day. This is when we learned just how toxic and abusive the support staff is. The staff made decisions about care rather than consult. They accused him of being a smoker (he clearly isn't) and told him he couldn't be seen until the next day. Unable to work or eat. This is a farmer who works through pain and illness all the time and having this exposed nerve go untreated for 4 days is DISGUSTING. I called back to get banned of oral surgeon and support staff refused to give me the Dr name. My son got on the phone and we were told she would have to get with the Dr to find out which surgeon he should see. That was icky after threatening to call the licensing board of Illinois to file a complaint which we are clearly doing now too. The lack of basic human decency in the support staff who has assumed the role of a doctor demonstrates the lack of organization and professionalism in this office. Not certain where they source their doctors from but any dentist who admittedly doesn't know how to pack a dry socket needs to be known for all. In addition, whoever manages this office has done an excellent job in training the staff to act like victims when their toxic and very unprofessional behavior backfires on them. What office doesn't know the name of the oral surgeons who see patients in their office? One that is looking for a lawsuit for gross negligence.
