I have to share my experience with Dr Ravi, Tanya and Anna. They took me in as an emergency and ended up doing a lot of work. I was pretty nervous and they certainly cater to cowards! I had zero pain (‼) and was impressed by Dr Ravi's gentleness and the excellent job he did. I love his assistant Tanya, she was so funny and very competent. Anna helped me with insurance and was delightful. I would give the office more than five stars if I could. I went to Kendall Pointe Dental today for a cap I had broken off of one of my teeth. I hate going to the dentist, so I do not go as often as I should. This was my first visit here, but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. This team totally exceeded my expectations! The entire staff was very welcoming, friendly and most of all gentle! They explain what they are going to do and tell you what they are doing as they do it. I did need Novocaine, but even that did not hurt! The best part, they come up with a game plan to fit your needs. There was no shaming about waiting to go to the dentist, or how the last dentist did such a bad job. ( something they all usually do) They were so professional. If you want to go to a dentist, but like me, hate to go, I highly recommend this dentist office. My husband and I just moved to the area and we're looking for a good dentist. After doing some research I came soon this practice. Well let me tell you, I had my second visit today. They are absolutely wonderful! The whole staff. I have had the best dental experience of my life. I had many agonizing anxiety visits with other dentist's in the past. No more. I was so comfortable and put at ease. Dr. Kuebler was very professional, precise, and took as much time as I needed. Also what a great bedside manner he has. I've been a loyal and satisfied patient of Dr. Palmer for more than 10 years. If you're in search of a dentist that is focused on preventive care, resolution to immediate dental needs, and/or education Kendall Pointe Dental is your one-stop shop. I remember my first visit to Dr. Palmer's office. He is caring, thorough and up to date on all dental practices. He is a firm believer in continuous education for himself and his staff. Today, I had my six-month (bi-annual) dental cleaning and evaluation. Sarah my hygenist is the best. I prefer her methods of cleaning over others that I've visited. She polishes, removes and whitens my teeth to the point that I don't want to eat or drink after leaving the office. I am pleased to say that I have no dental problems or issues that require me to express how wonderful Dr. Palmer is in a crisis situation, because he and his staff take such good care of my dental needs that I haven't experienced a take action now event. If you want a thorough, accomplished, well established dental practice and doctor, you will find this and more at Kendall Pointe. For those of us who don't like to go to the dentist... this place is THE BEST! The staff is wonderful and takes the anxiety of going to the dentist away. They give you warm neck towels, a paraffin wax, you can bring your own headphones or watch tv. They will numb you so that you aren't feeling things and distract you to keep your mind off of it. I had a horrible dentist in Naperville, IL and had stopped going. After moving to Oswego I reached out to some neighbors in the area who have the same dental fears that I do and I'm so glad I took this recommendation. read more

Dr. Palmer is very thorough and patient. I am such a scaredy-cat when it comes to dental work. I had several extractions and two implants and he was kind and answered all my questions. Waiting room is really calming with a fireplace and couches, staff is very friendly. Had a pretty good experience getting a tooth pulled, although I probably should have gone to an oral surgeon. Rating 4 out of 5 stars b/c the dentist realized the procedure would be more expensive than what was quoted mid-procedure, although he did remove the additional charge from the bill at the end. Very skilled dentist though, so the whole family will continue to go to this office. read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Palmers for 16 years, and for 16 years, my dental health has drastically improved. I have "bad" teeth, so I've spent a LOT of time in his chair. He is a perfectionist, and used a local dental lab that is just as fastidious. The entire staff is amazing. I hate going to the dentist- so needless to say I was nervous walking into my first appointment here. I was immediately greeted by a very friendly receptionist. I even received a cute little gift set for going there! The staff was all wonderful- I did not encounter one rude person and I was completely put at ease. I felt like I was family. Everyone was so kind and I was just blown away by the experience. They even gave a complimentary parrafin wax hand treatment and placed a warm towel on my neck while having my teeth cleaned. I'm a mom of three so it was nice to be pampered while I was somewhere I originally didn't want to be! I would highly recommend going here to anyone. My family and I have been seeing Dr. Palmer since I got my first teeth. I now live out of the area, but I make a point of having my work done by him when I am in town.
