My woodburning furnace flue was a bit complicated and an absolute mess (worst of the year, according to Scott). He went over the associated problems and possible solutions, with an emphasis on safety issues. The fireplace will be getting an insert, and Scott made recommendations for a few fixes that I could do myself. Fair, square, practical, and informative; it is good fortune to find such a person, and he's the one I'll call in the future. I'd say he's the one you should call as well. My highest recommendation.

Summit Sweeps came out to clean our dryer vents which had a great deal of lint and were extending…read morethe drying time. They discovered that one of the vents was never properly connected to the dryer as the dryer installer just shoved the flexible hose into the wall. Summit Sweeps cleaned out the wall and properly connected the dryer to the vent so that it would exhaust to the outside.
