Got out of a movie and was really craving some sushi. I called and placed a Togo order. The young lady that helped me was incredibly kind and patient on the phone. I ordered to hand rolls and their crispy spicy tuna. The location was easy to find. Parking was simple but I could see it being tricky during busy times. First off this is a chef we followed from a well known sushi place and he is a crazy chef with unique variety of flavors. Secondly we came all the way from Beverly Hills and eat sushi all the time and his hands and quality of fish is beyond amazing. The place is a small new resteraunt. We ate everything and missed some pictures of the toro sushi and the seared engawa but it was phenomenal. Better than any sushi resteraunt, perfect ratio of fish and rice and seared to the perfect touch. Andre is very special and his culinary skills and his cutting of the fish is great allows it to melt in your mouth. We had great service and everything was clean and fast. Just tried this place out and it was great! Menu was not overwhelming (that's a good thing), but it has everything that you are looking for in a sushi place. Prices are about what you would expect, but what I really loved is that it wasn't crowded and loud. We ended up here because our usual sushi place had too long of a wait, and I'm so glad it did because every single thing we ordered was incredible! We get sushi at least once a week from various places and this is hands down now in our top 3 places to go. Everything was fresh, flavorful, well seasoned and balanced in flavor. You can tell they make everything in house and take great care to make sure the final product is flawless. The service was amazing, I don't remember her name but she was so friendly, attentive, and gave excellent advice on what to order. We were here for about an hour and only one order came to pick up, on a Saturday night they should be slammed with how good everything was! Parking was abundant and free. Came to the grand opening today and the service was exceptional. Servers were both very attentive and came to check on our table making sure we were good. We ordered a few rolls and some nigiri and everything came out super fresh. The Jumbo Scallop was really good and probably our favorite item. We ordered the special S.H. roll, and it was amazing--perfectly spicy and fresh, giving the feeling as if you were eating poke in Hawaii (thank you for that).
