I was first looking for someone to do taxes in 2018 for the 2017 tax year. As usual, I did reviews before trusting my taxes to anyone. I researched the "big" commercial names, like H&R Block and the do it yourself names but wanted to know they would be done right the first time. I stumbled upon Crystal Tax and couldn't be happier. Mr. Geever is knowledgeable, super prompt to reply to email and incredibly quick with the preparation (and it didn't hurt that I got a refund!). We haven't even met - everything has been online or through email, which is great as it is hard to get to an accountant when you work. And Rich was patient with my tax questions. I had no hesitation trusting him to do my taxes again this year. I was nervous that I had waited too long and he would be unable to get them done in time, but he turned them around in 2 days - that's impressive! I will no doubt continue to go back to him for my tax needs.

I felt the appraisal I…read morehad received was too high compared to online market values, so I reached out to Rick Phillips with Appraisals Guaranteed for a second opinion. I explained that I simply wanted an honest, factual, and professional evaluation of the home's worth. From the very beginning, I was amazed by how professional, meticulous, and thorough Rick was throughout the appraisal process. When he noticed a discrepancy between the home's square footage listed by the city and his own measurements, he didn't just accept it--he sent his team back out to remeasure, then personally followed up with the city. When he couldn't get answers over the phone, he even went down to the city office in person to clarify the details. His dedication to accuracy and integrity was truly unparalleled. Once the appraisal was complete, Rick took the time to walk me through every part of the report. He explained how he chose comparable properties and how those influenced his valuation. He made sure I fully understood the findings and felt confident explaining them to my family. Rick's professionalism, honesty, and commitment to excellence gave me complete peace of mind. His passion for his work, dedication to accuracy, and unwavering integrity ensured that I could trust the results without question. Thank you, Rick Phillips and Appraisals Guaranteed, for going above and beyond. I would highly recommend Rick to anyone looking for an appraiser who truly embodies honesty, professionalism, and care for his clients.
