They gave me a hard time about re-using my old frames, which the woman said were ready to fall apart, but were actually in very good condition, and I insisted they be re-used. They're still fine. My wife recently dropped her glasses, bought at Eyeworks, and they broke in half at the bridge. My wife called, and the woman said that there was nothing they could do; that the frames were discontinued, and that she would need to get new frames and lenses. This turned out to be false. The frames are readily available online, and I will replace the lenses myself, which is very easy after watching a YouTube video. Eyeworks has lost another customer.

No good afternoon or hello just how can I help you. A receptionist that doesn't greet people!! The older white lady that took care of me seemed like she didn't know what she was doing and definitely wasn't mindful of her tone. I had been an out of town customer for a few years. I went in to get my complimentary shades that came with my contact lense purchase which is what I do every year. I always get a case and cleaning cloth. The lady just wiped the lenses and handed them to me. I asked her for a cloth and carry case. She gave me the glasses I'm some random satchel with no cloth and rushed off to the next customer. I felt very dismissed. I am guessing its because she didn't initially want to give me the " free" glasses I was entitled to. I told her the manager was aware a d she should call her. She gave me excuses and run around. The office was empty and so was the parking lot. I see why. If you plan to go to this circus make sure Tracy of Jasmin are there to help you because they are awesome. Otherwise beware. I won't be back! I took pictures of the shades. A random case and glasses with no cloth. This has never happened before. This is no way to treat a customer.

I came to you with high expectations because of all the recommendations I received from former patients. I must admit they were right it was a pleasurable surgery experience from all aspects. The gentleman was talking to his family and not concentrating on patients. I have gone back five times , this last time it wasn't even fixed. The Manager never came out of the office and I ended up leaving without any correction to my bifocals. I would not recommend this office at all. I have always been at an office where they sit you down when glasses come in to make sure that they fit properly and that the new prescriptions are correct. I was handed them , I found the error at home and than after the 2nd and 3rd time in the office because I checked myself sitting at one of their desks. The manager did give me a credit and also found out they never used my 2nd insurance which saved me over 200$ after he found error. Very disappointed in this office, I would question whether to even use the company again. I definitely would not come back to this office.

I recently told a friend to check out myeyedr. because they have various locations with optometrists and a nice selection of frames. All in one spot.
