Each where you stop to look at the wall and learn about the water, rocks, animals and history. I wasn't super enthused but of all the things you can do in Ireland, it's not so bad. Heard it's the best of the caves to see, depends on what you're into and your attention span. At the very end we had the option to stand in complete darkness, it was so scary! You couldn't even see your hand front of your face. We did get to see a bat though!

I would have liked to know more about some of the specific things/places we saw as we saw them while driving in the country (I.e. ruins, stone walls, interesting mountains, the beaches, or the little walls) but in return learned so much about Ireland and its rich history. He actually knew what he was talking about and didn't just recite facts -- he added personality, humor, and context that made everything stick. When you're spending that long together on a bus, the vibe is everything, and he nailed it. We lucked out with amazing weather at the Cliffs -- cold, but crystal clear visibility. We hit both viewing areas (even with restoration work going on), and it still felt expansive and worth every second. Pictures don't do it justice. Galway was a blast. We had about two hours in the city center, which was enough to explore, grab food, and soak up the energy -- though honestly, I could've stayed all day. The recommendations we got were spot on. It was something like $13 euro a piece for our family. The tour took about 45 minutes and our guide Evan was amazing! Very interactive, engaging, funny, informative, all the things you'd hope for from a guide. We learned a lot about the company, including how they're older than Guinness (who ironically bought them in the 60s). The tour ended with a stop at the tasting room - major tip - pay the extra $5 and get the three half pint tasting flight! They're lovely! It's a great spot to chill for a bit and chat with new friends! The gift shop has swag and plenty of cans to take home with you, as well as glasses that you can have custom etched. This was an amazing tour for the price and something that anyone visiting the area should consider!

During the planning process, we communicated mostly over email and they were very responsive. They're locals so they're able to offer suggestions but very willing to put together the tour the way you want it. For example, I was interested in touring some local cheese farms on my visit. While this is not an ordinary request, they did the research for me and suggested two farms for us to see. They were great suggestions and fully met my expectations. (Even my family members who were teasing me for wanting to visit a cheese farm were impressed!) Our driver, Maurice, most definitely, made our trip perfect! He listened to what we were interested in and offered suggestions along the way. He recommended restaurants/pubs. He explained Irish history and local lore -- including some blarney, which made for great laughs! He took us places we never would have found on our own or would've likely died trying (i.e. Connor Pass, Cong Abbey, Ballintubber).
