It was a bit of a bug bear of mine that it closed for lunch and closed for 1h 15 mins at that. But I eventually realised that they closed the door at 1pm and spent another 15 mins serving the queue that remained inside the door. But that's history now. Any time I use this post office the service is friendly and always super quick. I am indeed a fan.

Small and smelly I can deal with but nothing puts me off more than bad customer service. What's worse is that it is just one member of staff here that makes the place terrible. If you do have to use this branch then I advise putting on an extra thick skin before you enter and book yourself in for a relaxing massage so you have something to look forward to when you get out..that is of course if you get out alive!

This is a great little small post office located on Kevin Street…read more While I havent used it very often I've always been surprised how fast and reliable the service is. The building is quite small which is a minor drawback, but don't be put off if you see a big queue, as I said before the service is fast and reliable. It's probably not the fanciest, cleanest or most comfortable of post offices, but chances are if your going to the post office you are there to do what you need to do and get out, this is the ideal location for that.

Ladies who work in Kevin Street Upper Post Office ARE RUDE, dont show any respect for the…read morecustomers! my husband asked today what time they will close tomorrow as it will be 31/12 so the hours may be shorter and the lady asked him: - are you getting social welfare payment tomorrow? he said - no. the lady looked at him and said: so come early tomorrow. we close early! but i dont know what does it mean early, because last time on saturday i was there at 12.50 pm and the ladies were leaving the office already. i asked are you closing? one lady said - yes, come at 2.15. she left immediately and i even didnt have chance to respond and tell her that today its saturday so probably they will not be opened at 2.15, but anyway i came back at2.15 because she asked me to and THE POST OFFICE WAS CLOSED AS USUALLY ON SATURDAY. im fed up with this service. its the worse service i ever experienced! My rating - MINUS TEN!!!
