The counter tops were grimy and disgusting, looking as if they had NEVER been cleaned - both over at the window and the service area. One of the staff was leaning back on his chair with a mug of tea in his hand and as he lowered his chair he gave a big open yawn without covering his mouth just as I was approaching the counter. I went to the woman beside him, who was pleasant and helpful. She gets the 1 star. This place needs a really good clean and some members of staff need a talk on professionalism! i see it's a ling time since a review has been posted.

Even when wiring money home, I am in and out in five minutes. Add to that all the staff are ridiculously nice. WHAAAAAT!?! Hard to believe, I know. But it is true.
