I collected a very heavy, large parcel from the Coolmine PO Sorting Office last Monday 4th February 2019. The PO worker, that was dealing with my package, offered to carry it to my car. Excellent customer service and I am sorry I did not get the gentleman's name. I did thank him verbally but now I would like to put it into writing. Pleasure to deal with a happy, friendly, courteous, helpful individual. Mary read more

Nice depot. Might be hard to find on the first try. Few parking lots…read more Staff if always present and fast. Place has dedicated post boxes that you can rent if gone on vacation for an extended period of time. Place is accessible from both side, west and east. 3 stars because place lacks security measures checking person's ID before giving away parcels.
